This is a series of photos I took last year in #Seoul (#SouthKorea). Shortly after the trip I did a selection but then never really did much with all these photos. Going through the pictures now, one year later, I realize how good it is to let the photos sit for a while and getting back to them a few months later. I think we tend to perceive places differently after some time has passed by, and this difference in the perception reflects also on how we see the photographs we took there. I am by far not done selecting the photos of my trip to South Korea (I still have to go through the ones I took at Busan) but here I picked some shots which not only show some of the places which impressed me the most, but also the scope and diversification of my photographic work which was initially focused mainly on details. In the meantime I have been capturing more general perspectives - many of them in landscape format and therefore defying instagrams traditional 4:5 portrait format.
