Как менталитет 90-х повлиял на то, что мы все выгорели! Почему «дети 90-х» не умеют отдыхать, работают до нервных срывов и не могут справиться с болезненным перфекционизмом? А главное, при чем тут детские сериалы? Коуч трудоголиков Ольга Полищук рассказывает, почему это поколение успело выгореть уже к 30-ти годам: Когда вы впервые услышали фразу: «Лучший отдых – это смена деятельности»? Вы тогда уже пошли в школу? А как это случилось: отказывались делать домашку, ленились убирать комнату, хотели посмотреть «Зену — королеву воинов»? Установка про то, что каждую минуту своей жизни мы должны занять чем-то, что приносит ощутимую пользу, а «отдохнем на том свете», засела во многих из нас со школьной скамьи... Статья очень большая и интересная, ее суть в том, что отдыхать мы не умеем. Боимся упустить свой шанс, лёжа на диване между работой: Регулярный отдых, как синоним лени, — вещь такая же распространенная в головах 30-летних, как и миф о том, что только жесткое руководство может быть эффективным. Страх нажать на паузу часто связан с установкой — «останавливаться нельзя — иначе обойдут на повороте». Это страх, как и любой другой, разрушается под воздействием опыта. Попробовал включить отдых в рутину дня — получил этот опыт. Не попробовал — остался в мире установки... Мы выгораем, потому что, не умеем отдыхать. Если коротко: 🔹Регулярный отдых поддерживает необходимый уровень энергии. 🔹Энергия нужна как топливо для всех достижений и дел. 🔹Понимание своего состояния важно, потому что из этой точки мы принимаем решения. 🔹Если вы живете не по средствам, и ваши расходы энергии регулярно превышаю доходы, то по внутренней кредитке скоро набегут неподъемные проценты, и сумма долга сильно возрастает. Поэтому отдыхать надо регулярно, а не в долг. He cant remember the reason why it started. They were talking about racism, Suddenly she went: I can understand racism as much as you can. He tried to argue back for a moment and then stopped. They went back dancing. On the dance floor, he was thinking: How can I accept love from someone who doesnt see or dont wanna see me? How can I make her understand that I am nothing but black? Few weeks after, they were talking about the news. He said something really sexist and tried to argue about it. Trying to deny her experience and be smart about it. It took him a long time to realize how racism and sexism work with the same principles and how wrong he was. Thinking about it years after he tried to erase this memory and replace it with a new one. The weather was weird on this day back in early March. Big puffy clouds rolled through, hiding the sun every few minutes. As I stand here looking back on 2020 on a day like today, one thing is vividly clear. We must find a way to love each other and find common ground. Our country is in no way perfect. Not one is. However, what makes ours so special is the drive of each and every American to want to BE better, and most importantly, have the tenacity to ask and work for change to be made. That’s truly what our freedom means. When we lose sight of our roots due to injustices along the way, we hinder our growth into future greatness for all of us. Rewatching videos of September 11, 2001, personal accounts of New Yorkers’ experiences make it so clear that the way forward is unity and love. It’s what I love so dearly about this city: the unwavering strength to stand up again and again to help neighbors in need, and to rise in strength together again. No matter what happens. The sacrifice of so many of our city’s residents, along with countless others who were connected through service or other avenues of the road forward afterward should never be overlooked, erased, or rewritten. Instead of trying to erase the negatives, or point blame: learn and grow from it, and work together to create a solution. Let’s not be remembered for our dissension. Hey ya’ll what’s poppin. 💁🏼‍♀️ I want to share something pretty wild with hopes it may help other [anxious] ppl like me! I’ve always been a pretty nervous person who’s struggled with stepping outside my comfort zone. On stage I can but IRL? I am *not* adventurous! My partner is though. And he’s gently encouraged me to try new things & in doing that I’ve realized I’m way stronger and braver than I think. This year I went on a huge scary zip line (I cried but still), I went on jet skis (they were wicked fast tho so I also cried), took up exercising (Lost 10 lbs!) & (r u sitting down?) I absolutely LOVE skiing!! But here’s the gag- doing these seemingly scary & unknown activities didn’t break my foot. You know what did? WALKING 🚶🏼‍♀️ DOWN 🚶🏼‍♀️THE 🚶🏼‍♀️STREET! It’s such a lesson to 𝒏𝒐𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒕 𝒇𝒆𝒂𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒑 𝒚𝒐𝒖 from doing something, because the scary / bad stuff can happen anywhere! I’ve spent most of my life worrying about the “what if’s” and it’s such a waste of time. ✨This year has been so awful so I’m working harder than ever to continue conquering my fears! One day soon I hope to have the confidence to look a pack of teenagers in the eye (nothing scarier). But until then, baby steps. Or in my case, baby hobbles! . . . . . .
