Пример диалога в котором я участвую часто. 🎯В любых процессах жизни (не только в поиске работы) нужна ЦЕЛЬ 🎯 чем она конкретнее сформулирована, тем быстрее вы ее достигните. 1. определите на какой ДОЛЖНОСТИ вы хотите работать сейчас, и через 5 лет. Именно должность а не сфера (индустрия). Работать в fashion на административной должности не тоже самое что менеджер продукта или дизайнер. Да вы соприкасаетесь с миром моды, но ваша прямые обязанности (то что вы будете делать 80%) не об этом. 2. Будьте предельно честны с собой! Если сейчас не сможете сформулировать название должности: напишите функции которые хотите выполнять, желательно что бы это было связано с вашим опытом. Если не связано, тоже хорошо - вы будите знать ЧЕГО вы хотите на самом деле! 3. Иными словами, ваша идеальная работа: какая она?? Возьмите лист бумаги, погрузитесь в себя и записывайте все что придёт. 4. Вспомогательные вопросы: работа в офисе/в мастерской/встречи с клиентами? График? Работа с людьми или бэк офис? Продажи и общение или административная работа/it. Системная работа или креативная и т.д. Пропишите какая корпоративная культура вам близка, численность сотрудников. 5. Если вы пришли к выводу что хотите работать в роли управляющего например ресторана, но объективно понимаете что у вас нет опыты в общепите. Пропишите себе карьерный план: как прийти к должности управляющего, например устроится на должность менеджера или администратора. 6. Пропишите ваши таланты, сильные и слабые стороны.
