This is gonna be a long post. If you guys play music or are interested in starting, it might be of use to you ^_~ I’m self taught with piano so I’ve never learned proper fundamentals. I can hear the choppiness & uneven tone in the way I played for years. I was never able to precisely pinpoint the technicalities of what I’m getting wrong. I was hired to shoot a photograph for @virtu.academy so I was able to try out their service. They offer affordable high quality online music lessons with musicians from world renown music conservatories. This is not a sponsored post, I was just SUPPPERRR impressed with the service so wanted to share ^.^ @stephenjovenlee was like a fountain of knowledge, being able to answer every question I had in extreme depth. He guided our lesson in a way that would help me individually based on the skill level where I was at. I have a lot of engrained muscle memory that requires time & practice to rewire but I definitely feel that this lesson was incredibly valuable in helping me learn what to focus on! ☺️🙌🏻🎶 10/10 highly recommend hehe 💕 - @hieucow on Instagram

Since we dont know what quarantine day we are at anymore.. I thought I would do a self portrait and tell you a little bit about the photographer behind the lens! I hope everyone has been staying safe and busy thru these crazy times. I am a 27 year old half Venezuelan and half Taiwanese 😊 I love photographing couples in love and have been doing so for 5 years. To make this more interesting here are 5 fun facts about me: . - I started photographing at 15 years old in high school and started with a film camera, developing my own film and prints in a darkroom, I never had a digital camera! 📷 . - I married my high school sweetheart almost 2 years ago in the mountains of Moab, Utah. We have known each other since 5th grade! He is my other half ♥ . - Our wedding/honeymoon was a whole month we drove our Jeep from Miami to Moab, Utah to get married and back, stopping all over the US, camping and exploring 8,600 miles! 🏜⛰ . - I am a crazy dog mom. I have a 12 year old black Labrador named Choco, he is the sweetest! I also have a 1.5 year old giant mutt, he is a spoiled brat! 🐕🐕 . - I am a Jeep girl! I own a white lifted Jeep on 40in tires 🤪 named Marshmallow. My husband and I travel all over the US to off-road ○|||||||○ . - I posed under my wedding dress tulle for this portrait (its still orange and dirty from the Moab dirt 🤫) . Today I smile. The last few weeks have brought upon us (all of us) a wide range of emotions. From confusion to fear to denial to anger back to fear back to anger and then POOF... Out of nowhere, acceptance. If youre not at acceptance yet, you will get there very very soon. I believe thats when the adapting phase begins between whats happening outside of us and how we digest it in the privacy of our emotions. I found, once you take this emotional poop, you have no choice but to get back to directing your thoughts in the direction of what will benefit you and your life in the coming future. Its all part of the grieving process - at some point you have to get back to YOU and putting yourself and your emotions first, if you want to be of any benefit to those around you. This process may take some days or weeks for you as it has for me, or you may already have moved beyond it. But one thing I know that really helps is standing in a place of appreciation and gratitude. In other words, direct your thoughts to think about the beautiful things in your lives, not just the problems you dont want and cant control. Those beautiful things will make you smile. Jérôme J’ai décidé il y a un peu plus d’un an de me tatouer le crâne. Ces tatouages ont pour but de ne jamais oublier les événements important de ma vie et surtout de symboliser une forme de provocation face aux différents cancers que j’ai pu avoir (l’idée que mon crâne ne sera plus jamais nu) Ici on peut lire : « Né pour souffrir ». Même si cette phrase semble fortement fataliste. Elle représente pour moi l’idée que la souffrance est peut être inévitable, mais qu’elle n’est pas une fin en soi. Les moments difficiles de notre vie nous permettent d’en apprendre énormément sur nous même et surtout de réaliser l’importance de profiter de chaque petit instant que le quotidien nous offre. Le bonheur est présent là où on veut bien le voir et les moments les plus douloureux de notre vie ne peuvent qu’être une opportunité de le rendre plus généreux. 3/3 Postapocerotica is a series shot on a Pentax 6x7 film camera between 2000-2003. This series explored intimacy and sexual interaction in a post apocalyptic society. I felt that this was a great time to dive into my archives and share some images that now feel eerily relevant, almost 20 years after their inception. . With Disney Springs now open, I was able to stop by for a visit while here to see how everything is and fill the hole in heart from missing Disney so much! On day 1, the doctors told us that he has poor suck - meaning his oral muscle tone is very poor. He cannot suck from breast/bottle properly and this effort really tires him out. 💔 This was so heartbreaking for us. We honestly were lost and didn’t know how to feed him. One option was to intubate him with an NG tube so that he will get the nutrition he needs, but this is ABSOLUTELY a last recourse for us. We wanted to look for other options. One of our doctors suggested the @medela_philippines Haberman feeder. Thank God for @theparentingemporium that this is available locally! We tried one and it worked! 🙏🏻 What a godsend! The bottle works best when the caregiver squeezes the long part of the teat to help baby get the milk to his mouth. Each feeding would sometimes take 30mins - 1hr and it’s so tiring. But seeing him grow healthier each day is worth everything! Недавно посмотрела взахлеб 3 сезона мультсериал «Бесконечный поезд». Серии всего по 10 мин и на один сезон уходит меньше 2х часов. Двенадцатилетняя девочка, Тюльпана, сбегает из дома после разочаровывающего разговора с родителями. По пути она садится на поезд, с которого не сможет сойти, пока не разгадает тайну этого необычного места, а также номера, что появляется на руке героини. Каждый вагон — это отдельный мир со своими правилами. Один может быть миром собак корги, а в другом будут жить люди с бутонами вместо голов. Так и начинается приключение. В сериале много отсылок на поп культуру, интересных персонажей, юмора и философского подтекста. 18!!!! 🤩🎉🎂 This birthday has been a pretty big deal for me. Honestly, I was a little anxious about it because I’m a big kid at heart, but over the last few weeks with some good advice from people who love me I’ve come to realize that just because I’m turning 18 doesn’t mean I have to give up things I love! 💞 There are so many people that love pastel colors, rainbows, wholesome things, and cute stuff just like me so just because I’m getting older doesn’t mean I have to lose my childlike wonder. ✨🌈 My latest obsession is vintage toys and I was lucky enough to get some for my birthday this year! Check this out! I’ve got news that has me even more excited than driving into the Krispy Kreme parking lot when the “hot” light is on. Check out this recent review. My biggest concern was that I had three generations in this photo shoot(including two kids under the age of 5), with a dynamic of communicating in two different languages. However, as soon as we started, I realised that all my worries were unnecessary. Michelle engaged with my kids in a natural way and I could see my first daughter was very relaxed. With a language barrier, it could have been quite difficult to communicate with my parents, but Michelle with her gentle, patient and understanding manner, we had so much fun in front of her camera! I am so proud of delivering to her specific needs and I just had to share!
