„Ich bin halt keine Meditations-Susi“ 😳 Keine was? 🤷🏼♀️ Diesen Satz hat eine Freundin von mir vor ein paar Jahren zu mir gesagt, und sie hat mich mit diesem Satz automatisch zu einer Meditations-Susi ernannt. Eben weil ich ihr erzählte, ich meditiere🧘🏼♀️ Das „Meditations-Susi“ klang meiner Meinung nach entwertend. Offensichtlich hatte meine Freundin das Meditieren noch nie versucht und der Meditation von vornherein ein lächerliches Image beigemessen. Mir war’s wurscht. War ich halt ne Susi 😂 Fakt war, ich hatte deutlich mehr Klarheit gewonnen für mein Leben und vor allem mein Geschäft ‼️ Ich gehe sogar so weit, zu sagen, dass ich ohne Meditation nicht so erfolgreich in meinem Business geworden wäre. Wieso? Weil ich durch regelmäßiges Meditieren wieder zu mir gefunden habe, zu meinem Selbstbewusstsein, zu meinen Fähigkeiten & Talenten 🙋🏼♀️🔥 Ich habe schließlich kapiert, wie gut ich kann, was ich kann und habe mein Coachingbusiness gestartet, das mich im gesamten DACH-Raum mega Leute hauptsächlich ab CEO Level in ihrer Präsentation transformieren lässt 🧑🏾💻👩🏼💻🧑🏻💼🤳🏼 Es geht nicht darum Menschen Meditation aufzwingen zu wollen❌ Es gibt zig Werkzeuge, die zu innerer Ruhe, Klarheit & Fokus führen ✨ Es geht darum, andere(s) nicht zu bewerten und sich zu öffnen für Neues. Wer immer nur tut, was er tut, wird schwer wachsen, oder? A 7st weight loss doesn’t always leave you with the body you had imagined...⠀ .⠀ I also did it so people would be able to look and say “she’s not stick thin and look what she’s doing”, “she has rolls and she’s about to walk down a catwalk at a national modelling competition” or “I have cellulite and wobble the same as her”. I wanted people to feel empowered and change their “I wish I could” into an “I can”. Tuve suerte de animarme a trabajar en moda. Algo dentro de la comunicación, el marketing, la estetica y las tendencias me gustaba. O me gustaba todo en realidad, jajajaja. Con los años, las herramientas que fui adquiriendo como productora de moda me sirvieron para reinventarme profesionalmente y subirme a la ola de la digitalización de la moda. Cambiaron las reglas, porque cambiaron las necesidades de los consumidores. Cambió la forma en la que planificamos la estrategia de comunicación. El mercado cambió para para las marcas y para los influencers por igual. Pensando en todas las necesidades que plantea la digitalización de la moda, es que desde hace 2 meses preparó el relanzamiento del curso de Producción de Moda de @inside_studios. Mañana, miércoles 16 de septiembre a las 4PM -ARG- les cuento en vivo de que se trata el nuevo programa del curso. Pero les adelanto que es un shock de actualidad y herramientas profesionales para crear imágenes de moda con alto impacto digital! Lo pensé para todas las productoras que para trabajan y quieren profesionalizarse y para que los que recién empiezan arranquen con todo el know-how para revolucionar la industria. ‘Baby Gilmour/McColl’ As the restrictions lift, and my suppliers and myself are starting to run more like normal... it’s probably about time to share this little bump with everyone. Especially as I’ve surprised a few clients lately at their studio visits! Feeling very blessed for this little bundle. ❤️ There was a full plan in place for things this year, events and trade fairs I’d still be attending... but things have changed a lot in the last few months. And I’ve learnt to be more resilient and flexible as a result, and that rather than make specific plans for the rest of this year and what life looks like as a business woman/mum, that I will just be doing my best moving forward and making the plans as I go. Customs will close for a little bit of course. But I’ll be around in some way before the end of the year. And if our usual big Melbourne events are able to run, you’ll definitely be able to visit us there. For the mean time, it’s business nearly as normal in the studio, and my overalls still fit! This snap of him stopping to talk stuff over with one of his adored alta moda atelier ladies captured more to me about the character of the man than any glamorous fashion show...
