#6 🙏🏾☀️ **SWIPE** -- Im grateful I used my 20s to get into the best shape of my life to date. Out of everything I wanted my 20s to be, I can at least say this is one goal I actually accomplished. I learned a lot about not only myself, but how what started out as a fitness journey caused me to grow and inspire in ways beyond the gym. From being the girl that wanted to see her bicep pop anytime her arm bent like the boys did, to just wanting to lift a little between playing ball 🏀, doing only bicep curls and shoulder presses starting out in 2009 to avoid the Freshman 15, to fighting to regain all the muscle I lost in 2010 (2nd pic), to finally committing to building my legs (and inadvertently my butt lol) in 2014, etc. its crazy how Ive literally pieced this body together over the years as my goals evolved. . . . I cant say all of that to not say that I hate that Ive fallen off over the last 3yrs, but no matter how much I complain or beat myself up over it I will admit that going from 128lbs to 178lbs over the past 10yrs wouldve looked WAYYYYYY different had I not put in some serious work. The fact that Ive lost, gained, lost and gained over the years also helps keep my faith in the fact that Ive been there done that and have the skills to do whatever I want my body to do. И нет - тренировки с большими весами абсолютно не нужны ни на каком этапе. Многие придя в зал ошибочно думают что чем больше они присели или пожали, тем лучше. ⠀ Чтобы планировать свою программу тренировок, прежде всего вы должны знать о своих целях. Если ваша цель стать сильными, вы планируете сдачу нормативов и вам нравится пауэрлифтинг, то тогда - да, вам нужно работать над увеличением рабочего веса. Если ваша цель - красивые пропорции и рельеф, то такие тренировки вам не нужны. ⠀ Обратите внимание на спортсменов, которые выступают в бодибилдинге, пауэрлифтинге и кроссфите. Все атлеты будут иметь совершенно разную форму и строение, тк направленность их тренировок на прямую влияет на развитие мышц. ⠀ Бодибилдинг - это строительство, изменение качества тела и пропорций. Пауэрлифтинг - увеличение общей массы тела и развитие силы. Форма лифтера будет объемная, но при этом мышцы будут безформены и покрыты толстой прослойкой жира и воды. Это очень важно, тк это безопасность для мышц при запредельных силовых нагрузках. Кроссфитер также будет иметь своеобразное строение. Форма может быть рельефная, мышечная , с небольшим % жировой, но вот укладка мышц и пропорции будут заметно отличаться от эстетически сложенного билдера. ⠀ Поэтому, прежде чем использовать те или иные упражнения, посмотрите и определитесь какую форму вы хотите, т.к. все в этом процессе взаимосвязано: питание, тренировки, упражнения, рабочий вес и самое главное - ваша актуальная форма и генотип. У каждого генотипа есть свои природные данные и особенности, которые обязательно нужно учитывать. Даже при выборе кардио: частота, время, вид, выбор тренажера. Кардио, также как питание и силовые способно влиять и способствовать улучшению пропорций и совершенствованию вашего тела, а не только жечь жир и повышать общий расход калл. ⠀ А теперь ответьте мне пожалуйста на вопрос: обращаете ли вы внимание на все вышеперечисленные пункты? Жиры – это стратегический запас энергии, они не дают нам замерзать, участвуют в усвоении жирорастворимых витаминов, отвечают за синтез гормонов (например, эстрогена, лептина, инсулина и кортизола) и защищают кровеносные сосуды от повреждений. ⠀ Сколько жира должно быть в теле От количества жира в организме зависит не только внешний вид, но и здоровье. По данным Американской ассоциации по фитнесу и обучению тренеров (ACE), в норме в теле женщины должно быть от 10 до 31% жира. Разброс значений большой, поэтому разбираемся, какой вариант самый оптимальный: ⠀ 10–13% – минимальное количество для выживания ⠀ С таким содержанием жира вы, вероятно, будете выглядеть худой и классной, но вот для здоровья это так себе вариант. Особенно если процент будет снижаться. В этом случае самые безобидные из потенциальных проблем – перманентное ощущение голода и холода плюс упадок сил. Более серьезные последствия – например, проблемы с репродуктивной системой: сбой в выработке гормонов эстрогена и прогестерона, а также лютеинизирующего гормона, который отвечает за овуляцию. ⠀ 14–24% – здоровое содержание у физически активных людей Нижняя граница чаще встречается у профессиональных спортсменов, что хорошо заметно по их рельефным мышцам. Обычным людям стремиться к этому показателю не надо. Поддерживать такую форму сложно – нужно постоянно жестко ограничивать себя в питании (что часто приводит к срывам), а иногда и вовсе нереально из-за генетических и физических особенностей организма. Подходящий процент жира для тех, кто хочет, чтобы и мышцы выделялись, и со здоровьем все было в порядке, – 20–24% жира. ⠀ 25–31% – приемлемое количество жира Если вы попадаете в этот диапазон, скорее всего, мышцы у вас не видны и, возможно, есть лишний вес.
