Esta mañana el Juzgado de Garantía de Temuco ordenó la reclusión domiciliaria de Martín Nicolás Pradenas Dürr (28), quien fue formalizado ayer por cinco delitos sexuales cometidos entre noviembre de 2010 y septiembre de 2019. Uno de estos casos involucró a la estudiante Antonia Barra Parra, la joven que en octubre del año pasado se quitó la vida tras relatar que fue violada por el imputado en medio de las celebraciones del 18 de septiembre. Tragedia que “permitió vislumbrar la existencia de múltiples otras víctimas de agresiones (..) proferidas de manera sistemática por el representado de la defensa”, incluso contra una menor de 13 años. Durante el procedimiento se dejó entrever que la familia del imputado destruyó su celular, que más de 14 mil fotografías fueron eliminadas de su computador, que el indagado se negó al peritaje psicológico y que durante el periodo previo a la formalización se infiltró en un grupo de WhatsApp que buscaba justicia para Antonia. Sin embargo —en base a estos y otros antecedentes— el Tribunal acogió la petición la defensa: se rechazó la prisión preventiva y se dio por acreditado sólo un caso. En otras palabras, la justicia lo mandó a casa, le prohibió salir del país y acercarse a las víctimas. La noticia arde en un país que se ha doblado por el caso de Antonia Barra y va recién despertando. As Deal Casino comes to a close, I just want to thank everyone who has supported us in any way. Whether you came to all of our shows, shared a slice of pizza with us, or just listened to our songs every once in a while, thank you for turning a bunch of friends making music into this massive extended family. This family was there for all of the weird phases of leather pants and long hair, shows at the AYPC with 5 people and shows at the APYC with people spilling out onto the board walk, acoustic tour backyard hangs, Heck St. parties, a few tours across America and even a tour in Europe. COMUNICADO OFICIAL ASTURIAS TATTOO EXPO Ante todo, queremos agradeceros la paciencia que habéis tenido por la incertidumbre creada ante tal situación. Ahora queremos explicaros también la decisión que hemos tomado después de reunirnos con Entidades y diversos Estamentos Oficiales en Asturias. Como todos sabéis, la Asturias Tattoo Expo es una convención que tiene lugar en la ciudad de Gijón dentro del marco del Festival Metrópoli en el Recinto Ferial Luis Adaro. Dicho festival en su formato habitual, tiene una duración de una semana y un público asistente aproximado de 20.000 personas diariamente. Debido a la delicada situación que estamos viviendo a raíz de la crisis mundial por la COVID19, el Festival Metrópoli ha adaptado su formato y regresa a la ciudad de Gijón convertido en el Metrópoli City, una edición totalmente distinta que se extenderá durante los meses de julio, agosto y la primera quincena de septiembre, donde los conciertos tendrán lugar en distintos espacios más pequeños y con aforo limitado, diseminados por toda la ciudad. Nos encontramos ante un escenario muy diferente, con un cambio de recinto, así como muchas restricciones que afectan doblemente a un evento como el nuestro. Para nosotros la seguridad y la salud tanto de los profesionales que trabajan en la convención como del público que pueda venir a visitarnos o a tatuarse, es lo principal y en ningún caso interpondremos esto a nada. Por todo ello, hemos decidido cancelar nuestro evento para esta edición 2020. Esta situación es tremendamente complicada para nosotros ya que nos vemos afectados todos, desde profesionales del tatuaje, distribuidores, proveedores, staff, la organización del Festival Metrópoli y por supuesto el público, no pudiendo realizarse tal como se plantea en este nuevo formato. One year ago today, September 20th 2019, this lil number was released to the world. Tag der Clubkultur präsentiert von der Clubcommission Berlin am 3. Oktober 2020. Die Ausgezeichneten werden sich mit Showcases open-air und indoor präsentieren. Alle Events findet ihr direkt bei uns im Online Magazin. Die Tickets sind überall limitiert und ihr müsst sie euch im Vorverkauf holen. Einlass erfolgt also nur mit Ticket und Registrierung. Nicht jedes Event ist auch ein Dance Event (zum Beispiel in der Griessmuehle) und die meisten sind zeitlich sehr begrenzt. Debutó a los 10 años de edad con la Orquesta Sinfónica de Cuba y fue fundador de la Orquesta Cubana de Música Moderna. Ha estrenado diversas obras de compositores cubanos y fue fundador y co-director de Irakere, un conjunto que interpretaba una explosiva combinación de Jazz, Rock, música clásica y tradicional cubana. Colabora constantemente con orquestas internacionales, mas reciente en 2019 y 2020, la Westdeutscher Rundfunk, de Alemania, la Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León, de España, la Orquesta de Minería, de México donde presentó su mas reciente composición, “El Elefante y el Payaso” para orquesta sinfónica, y su “Concerto Venezolano” para trompeta. Su “Rice and Beans” Concerto comisionado por la Orquesta Nacional de Washington, escrita para Clarinete y Cello, para estrenarse post pandemia con Paquito en el Clarinete y @yoyoma en el Cello. Ellos cariñosamente se refieren al otro como “arroz” y “frijoles”.
