Dracula is a book that I have had so much appreciation for for a long time. This annotated version was a gift from one of my high school teachers the year I graduated and it always has a special place on my bookshelf. Open all the windows, light your smudge stick, and walk slowly around the room holding the intention of cleansing any meh energy. 🛀 Take a ritual bath. Let your family or roomies known this is “you” time (even 15 min will do), light some candles, add purifying herbs or oils to your bath like peppermint, lavender or rosemary. Also a great time to reflect on lessons of Summer and dreams for Fall. 💛 Dance, dance, dance. Even if you don’t have time for anything else, shake what your mama gave you and let joy fill you up.
