Bom dia 🌞 No Brasil são 46% das pessoas sedentárias, somos o 5° país do mundo e o 1° na América do Sul.. motivo de muita vergonha para mim… mas vamos lá 👇👇 O QUE É ➡️ O sedentarismo é a falta, diminuição ou ausência de atividades físicas, e é caracterizado pela gasto calórico reduzido. CAUSAS➡️As causas são diversas, mas estão todas relacionadas a dietas pouco balanceadas e à falta de exercícios físicos. O sedentarismo não é apenas caracterizado pela falta de atividades esportivas, mas também pela falta de atividades simples do dia a dia, como a caminhada até o trabalho, cumprimento de tarefas domésticas, passeios no parque etc… CONSEQUÊNCIA ➡️ O sedentarismo traz muitos riscos ao corpo, como doenças cardiovasculares, osteoporose, diabetes, obesidade, aumento do colesterol, hipertensão arterial, infarto do miocárdio, entre outras. O risco de infarto é, em média, 54% maior em pessoas sedentárias e o de derrame cerebral, 50% maior. TRATAMENTO ➡️ O tratamento do sedentarismo consiste em fazer exercícios físicos pelo menos 3 VEZES por semana e, em alguns casos, mudar a dieta. Mudar a rotina não é fácil, por isso, o mais indicado é que você pegue leve no início. The realisation hit me . . . Today about 5 mins ago my maid that work in my home give these two meaningful statues. She came to me and told me that talha bhai i have brought something for you.i didn’t realise that she would give something to me as a gift,as kind gesture,as humanity.when she handed me these i was asked questions like why are you giving this to me ,is there any work done you need from me ,why are giving it to me and she only replied with a sentence “this my home too and i told my husband to bring something for talha like this” and the realisation hit me that what ever we do or go through we dont care/priority of our immediate surroundings or support. It that moment i was confused to what to do , i felt like crying of joy or hugging but i think that we as humans are so caught up in this social/materialistic world or norms that i did felt I couldn’t express it properly. I mean it was just a gesture of kindness .she didn’t needed anything or asked for anything but she surprisingly gifted me these which was shocking that is this true is she really doing this. 50 years ago this week, a little-known English singer-songwriter played his first club show in the United States, at the Troubadour in Los Angeles. His name was Elton John, and that show made him a star overnight. A few months later, his first US tour would take him to New York City, where he and his band of bassist Dee Murray and drummer Nigel Olsson would play a live radio broadcast from A&R Studios. That broadcast would become the incendiary live album 17-11-70 (11-17-70 in the US, but were outnumbered on the numbering). The 17-11-70 record has been one of the great influences on my musicianship over the years. So it is with great delight that I announce I will be performing the album in its entirety as a live broadcast (over YouTube rather than the radio) with the stellar rhythm section of @michaelwubass (bass & vocals) and @dcollinsman (drums & vocals). We’ll perform on the 50th anniversary of the event, Tuesday, November 17th, 2020, at 7pm. My good friend (and Ithaca live music radio host extraordinaire) Dan Cole will act as MC and man behind the soundboard. As we head into colder months and we continue to face the isolation and fear brought on by the pandemic and other world events, I will be proud to share some of my favorite music with you. Verantwortung hört nicht bei dem Erreichen von Zielen auf, man hat eine Sorgfaltspflicht gegenüber Mitarbeitern, denn am Ende sind wir alle Menschen und keine Maschinen. Auch wenn ich mir manchmal wünsche ich hätte doch eine Karriere in Richtung IT angetreten - bei der der Ursprung in 0 und 1 liegt - so würde ich doch eben diese Menschen, komplizierte, unberechenbare Individuen vermissen.
