В предыдущем посте вы можете прочитать, зачем и кому нужен марафон, и, собственно, что в нем будет ➡️➡️➡️ А сейчас я напишу ответы на часто-задаваемые вопросы: 1️⃣ Сколько стоит участие в марафоне? Участие стоит всего 500р, это как купить один магазинный тортик 🎂 2️⃣ Сколько дней будет идти марафон? Продолжительность марафона 10 дней! 3️⃣ Как записаться на марафон? Нужно просто написать мне в директ: «Хочу на марафон» 😁 4️⃣ А если я в другом городе, мне можно участвовать? Конечно, ты можешь быть в любой точке планеты 🏖 это ведь онлайн марафон😉 5️⃣ Я не ем мясо/не люблю кашу и тд Ничего страшного, мы выбираем те продукты, которые любим! 6️⃣Дорогие ли продукты на марафоне? Нет, продукты самые обычные🙏🏻 7️⃣Я боюсь сорваться Марафон направлен на то, чтобы научить худеть или держать себя в форме, не отказывая себе ни в чем, но соблюдая определенные правила, чтобы это не откладывалось в бока. можно ВСЁ, так что срываться не из-за чего🙃 8️⃣ Подойдут ли мне тренировки в марафоне, если у меня болит спина/колени? Да, упражнения и тренировки подберу индивидуально, если есть какие то проблемы со здоровьем. А так упражнения и тренировки будут разной сложности на ваш выбор, как вам комфортнее🙏🏻 9️⃣ Тренировки нужно будет делать в зале? Нет, можно делать прямо дома🙏🏻 с подручным инвентарем 1️⃣0️⃣ Подойдет ли мне марафон, если я хочу просто держать себя в форме? Конечно! Ты не просто будешь держать себя в форме, но и улучшишь качество тела и привьешь себе здоровые привычки❤️ 1️⃣1️⃣Достигну ли я хороших результатов, если пройду твой марафон? Все зависит только от тебя, твоих стараний и усилий, я только показываю здоровый, легкий и действенный способ, но заставлять соблюдать марафон и ругать за лишние съеденные конфетки и лежание на диване я не буду, от меня только поддержка, рекомендации, много информации, если человек сам не хочет работать и лежит на диване ничего не изменится, какой бы не был волшебным марафон 😌 но я уверена в вас, что если вы записываетесь, значит, готовы приложить усилия и старания, а моя задача показать вам, что это не так уж и сложно❤️ - @kitmaizles on Instagram

6 months into moving to LA I wanted to leave, I absolutely hated it. The people all seemed to be selfish and condescending, the constant failures I was having seemed impossible to fix. I gained Panic Disorder, my depression worsened and my anxiety sky rocketed. I always put the blame on Los Angeles, it was LA’s fault that I couldn’t get to where I wanted to be. Now I’m not saying I’m not going through it still, the failures and the mental health are always there but I’m learning that I have to notice the small achievements in my life. Like getting up in the morning and being productive or actually leaving the house and enjoying Gods green earth. Knowing that the struggles I go through are apart of the journey and are helping me grow into who I want to be. LA is rough and it’s so easy to blame the world for my hardships but no matter where you go or where you are, you’re going to have obstacles and it’s how you deal with them that makes you who you are. It’s so easy to be negative, especially with where the world is at right now. But it’s crucial to start faking it until you make it. I used to hate hearing that line. Now I utilize it. Changing your attitude even if you don’t believe it, will slowly start to change your perspective. A college professor once told me, “this isn’t your forever, it’s just your now until you can get to your forever.” I try to remember that everyday. That everything you do is a stepping stone to where you want to be. And if you don’t like where you’re at, give it 110 percent anyways because everything you do affects you in some way. Start finding the things your thankful for, that God has blessed you with. The roof over your head, the food you eat, the bed you sleep in, the people you talk to, it’s all important and can’t be skipped over. Life is rough no matter where you are and you have to start realizing that life won’t last forever and you have to go into everyday as if it could be your last. So don’t ask me where I’m going to be in 5 years or what my plan is for life. I am a BLACK and WHITE WOMAN. I don’t like labels to much because they dont define me. They do, nonetheless, explain the struggle that comes with being the daughter of a Nigerian man and a Dutch woman. From a young age you feel like you never belong. Being a product of the coloniser and the colonised (quoting @_arnelle here) puts you in a strange position. But with mixed heritage comes the beauty of growing up with two incredible cultures, the proof that love can overcome distance and diffenrence, the knowledge that the dutch/western ways aren’t normal. They are just dutch. And that Nigerian ways aren’t strange. They are just different to the Dutch ones. I am incredibly privileged with the love, support and wisdom that runs in my family, but thats not the privileges I would like to point out here. I am a woman of colour, but I am light skinned and therefore priviliged. I have experiences countless microaggressions, stereotypes and othering, however scarring and painful, it’s nothing compared to the racism and discrimination my black father goes true EVERY DAY. I have only experiences that form of racism through him. I have dodged a lot of racism because I was ‘dutch enough’ and ‘white enough’. I have known the cruelties that happen HERE IN THE NETHERLANDS and when I see the knee on the neck of George Floyd, I see my dad and the dutch society that has tried to tear him down while he is an incredible contribution to it every day. My heart cries when I see it, it brings back memories that I wish were bad dreams. This is why I build.. I don’t tear down other human being and I am specifically active in building up THE BLACK COMMUNITY! My mom and dad are my hereos and deserve the highest praise, but here my dad deserve some extra attention. Chico, my father, the most positive person I know. He is a survivor, a warrior and one of the wisest people I know. But he too feels pain. I ask you please keep up the fight. There is racism in NL. Ask question instead of making statements. But remember that when you are asking about peoples experiences with racism, you are asking about traumatising events. Мне не нравятся мои фотографии!💩 Мои фотографии скучные и совсем не получается сделать их интересными, хотя столько стараюсь...? Знакомо? И нет это не реклама очередного курса, ибо меня уже тошнит от того сколько я вижу рекламы в инсте различных «бесплатных курсов» от людей, которым я бы камеру замкнул в одно место. Это то, к какому выводу пришёл за последнее время, наблюдая за фотографами. Проблема пресных и хреновых фотографий вовсе не в рукожопости фотографов, не в знании или не знании каких-то технических особенностей и даже не в моделях, а в простом не понимании что и зачем они снимают. Просто пытаются повторить какой-то понравившийся кадр, продумывают стиль, свет, локацию, совсем забывают подумать «а что же хотел показать автор», почему он сделал так, а не иначе. А ведь это(мысль автора) и есть именно то, почему вам так понравилась фотография. Что бы избавится от пресных фотографий вносите в свои фотографии что-то большее идеальной техники съемки, фотография это же способ человека самовыражаться, т.е. разговаривать с миром, желание показать то, как он хочет видеть этот мир. Короче, если вы не знаете зачем идёте на съемку, вам хоть Хассель за 4 ляма дай и лучшую модель, выйдет швах. Но матчасть вы знать обязаны! - @mikhailkabochkin on Instagram

Агентству важно знать о всех пигментных пятнах, шрамах, возможных недостатках фигуры, особенностях строения тела и кожи. Поэтому не стоит прибегать к макияжу и укладке волос, лучше всего отснять простые ростовые снимки солдатиком, чтобы показать вас в максимально натуральном виде, так как материнскому агентству важно знать о вашей внешности все, чтобы преподать вас в наивыгоднейшем свете. ⠀ А вот снепы для принимающих агентств делаются чаще всего с хитростями, хотя об этом говорить не принято: ⠀ 1. Интерес к мистике и неизведанному жил во мне всегда, кажется. Меня ужас как восхищали истории про ведьм и колдовство, про переселение душ и чтение мыслей🌚🔮 Я смотрела битву экстрасенсов и читала про фен-шуй 😁, мечтала перед сном и представляла, что летаю в космосе. Пыталась изучить карточные гадания по «Энциклопедии для девочек», а на Рождество устраивала мини-пожары на кухне, высматривала ответы в застывшем воске и тенях на стене 👀 А ещё ходила со взрослыми подружками в тёмный сарай, где они зажигали свечи, ставили зеркала и вызывали суженого-ряженого. Было очень страшно и очень любопытно! 🕯🙈 ⠀ Потом я повзрослела, поняла, что никаких тайных сил не существует и принялась изучать химию с биологией для поступления в медицинский вуз! На 5 лет я погрузилась в науку.🧫🔬 ⠀ Года три-четыре назад я переживала максимально неприкольный период в жизни. Знаете, состояние, когда ты понятия не имеешь, что делать со своей судьбой. Тебя будто болтает на одном месте или засасывает болото. Объективно - ничего плохого. Но ощущения подсказывают, что ты не на своём месте, а сил никаких нет. И вот меня постигло озарение - нужен таролог! ⠀ На сеансе я как заворожённая смотрела на яркие карты. Они давали ответы на мои вопросы, объясняя в каком положении я сейчас нахожусь, какие энергии мне могут помочь, в чем мои сильные и слабые стороны и что произойдёт в 2018 году. На тот момент (январь 2018) я работала в аптеке, снимала комнату в коммунальной квартире, у меня не было личной жизни, я была недовольна собой. Тусовки с подружками и короткие путешествия лишь на мгновение делали счастливой и давали ощущение свободы. ⠀ Итак, что мне рассказали Карты? the scariest thing you can be in life is vulnerable. which is why when i had to go to my agency and take professional photos with no makeup, no hair styling, and no editing whatsoever, i was SCARED. being vulnerable is scary. especially when there’s this image of “models” held by society that they’re these picture perfect people every day. but models are normal people, with normal flaws and normal insecurities. you just typically see our “best” moments. so here’s me doing something that scares me (being vulnerable) to show the real me. no makeup, no hair styling, no editing. hehe that’s all. i’m scared now bye - @cassidypicciano on Instagram
