🍇 Jus douceur pour un goûter automnal 🍇 Une recette à la fois bonne pour la santé (riche en antioxydants, drainante, purifiante pour le foie et les reins…) mais aussi très douce et gourmande. Comme elle est assez sucrée, consommez-la plutôt au goûter, car en chrono-nutrition c’est vraiment LE meilleur moment pour apporter à notre organisme les jus riches en sucres naturel. ✅ Les ingrédients pour 2 grands verres : 1 grappe de raison rouge 1 pomme 1 citron ½ bulbe de fenouil. 📖 La recette Préparation : 5 min Appareil utilisé : lextracteur Kuvings Laver et égrapper le raisin. Découper la pomme en gros morceaux. Enlever toute l’écorce du citron et découper la chair en morceaux. Jeter les plus grosses feuilles coriaces du fenouil (qui « malmènent » un peu l’extracteur) et découper le bulbe en petits morceaux de 2 cm environ. Passer le tout à l’extracteur, puis savourer bien frais. 📚 Le saviez vous ? Le fenouil est un légume majeur dans les cures de jus, car c’est LE grand ami de votre foie. Comme il est cependant assez fibreux et très coriace, c’est un des rares végétaux que je coupe en morceaux particulièrement petits, et ce afin de préserver la longévité de mon extracteur.
