This month has been a fucking rollercoaster. Started off extremely depressed about whether we would be able to get enough business to keep our employees, then had a few employees call out, fell and got a concussion while bringing in inventory, had the the pipes clog, the hood vent fail, a main wok burner fail, just an overwhelming amount of shit but business has picked up and Im so grateful survive rn.
