Tuna & Pasta Bake 🤤 Cheesy, creamy, smokey, with a little bit of crispness on top... this dinner is the perfect, warming and comforting hit of carbs we all need on a wintery evening! ❄️ It’s super simple and can be made with staple pantry ingredients in no time at all, and makes for super yum leftovers for lunch the next day! 🤩 •200g pasta - boiled •2 cups frozen veg •360g tinned tuna •420g cream of mushroom soup •1/2 an onion, diced and browned •1 t paprika •salt and pepper •1 C breadcrumbs •1 C grated cheese Combine all ingredients except the bread crumbs and cheese in a large ovenproof dish. Top with breadcrumbs and cheese and bake at 180 c for 25 mins. Вымачивание в воде только частично решает проблему лишнего крахмала.⠀ ⠀ 2️⃣Лучше жарить картофель с красной или желтой кожурой, поскольку мякоть белых сортов быстрее темнеет после разрезания или на ней появляется синеватый оттенок.⠀ ⠀ 3️⃣Обсушите ломтики бумажными полотенцами: жарить мокрую картошку — не очень хорошая идея.⠀ ⠀ 4️⃣Форма и размер нарезанной картошки могут быть любыми. Главное, чтобы все кусочки были одинаковыми. Так они приготовятся максимально равномерно.⠀ ⠀ 5️⃣За 5-7 минут до готовности блюдо солим. Почему не сразу? А все потому же, что и раньше – соль притягивает влагу, если посолить сырую картошку, то она станет «мокрой» и прилипнет к сковородке.
