Right now, I am only posting about things directly related to home brewing. This is for two reasons. A few weeks ago I posted about coffee processing. I had some friends correct me and share some wonderful information that forwarded my thinking. But a coffee pro also shared my post to her stories and picked it apart for her 7000 followers to see. I have also had numerous conversations with roasters and other coffee professionals. I’m starting to feel that most coffee issues are too nuanced to fit into 2200 characters. I subscribe to Ken Wilber’s idea that all theories/concepts are true but partial. So for now, I’m posting about brewing and that’s it. Because my experience is valid.
