Ich kann natürlich nur von mir sprechen & es nicht verallgemeinern, aber viele Menschen denken das alles so super toll ist , man glücklich den ganzen Tag über seinen Bauch streichelt, ihm beim wachsen zu sieht. & im Wochenbett einfach nur pures Mamaglück verspürt. Vielleicht ist das auch bei manchen der Fall, aber ich denke oft ist es nur der Anschein, da es zu diesem Thema einfach zu viele Tabuthemen gibt, die keiner ansprechen möchte. Zu privat, zu ekelig, zu ehrlich ? Meine SS war für mich wirklich anstrengend! Die ersten 15 Wochen habe ich mich bis zu 13 mal am Tag übergeben. Als das überstanden war, hatte ich Probleme mit der Leiste & durch den extremen Eisenmangel, so schlimme Probleme auf die Toilette zu gehen, dass ich schlussendlich Hämorrhoiden hatte oder besser gesagt sogar Analvenenthrombosen! Ich wusste nicht einmal, dass es sowas wie Thrombosen, an solchen Stellen gibt. Letztendlich wurde es einfach aufgeschnitten, weshalb ich mehrere Wochen mit einer offenen Wunde rumgerannt bin. Ich konnte kaum laufen, sitzen oder liegen. Ich wollte so noch nicht einmal spontan entbinden! Natürlich ist es ein unangenehmes Thema, kaum einer spricht offen darüber, weshalb ich so gar nicht darauf vorbereitet war. & dann kommen halt noch so Sachen wie Sodbrennen, Rückenschmerzen & restless legs dazu. & das Wochenbett ? Nachwehen die stark schmerzen, ein Körper der einfach kaputt ist von dem was er geleistet hat & so viel Blut, dass man sich einfach nur unwohl fühlt. Hinzu kommt Müdigkeit & sehr viele Frauen werden tagtäglich von ihren Emotionen übermannt oder leiden sogar an Depressionen. Ich bin dankbar, aber trotzdem ehrlich! Es geht natürlich immer noch schlimmer. Diese Dinge gehen vorbei, mein gesundes Baby halte ich dafür im Arm & ich weiß, dass viele Frauen tauschen würden, alles & noch mehr durchmachen würden, um letztendlich ihr Baby im Arm halten zu können. Trotzdem bin ich der Meinung, dass man zu Beginn der SS nicht durch diese rosarote Brille schauen würde, wenn öfter mal die unangenehmen Themen offen angesprochen werden. . . . I thought about starting to live-stream a few months ago but basically the way the sound bounces in my flat makes times to do it tricky, and that online DJ realm got real saturated real quick, and copyrighting has sucked the fun out of it and Im not very confident on camera so I basically bottled it.
