Archaeologists discovered the cube mosaics in the pavements and floors of the ruined city of Pompeii, (they had a bad year too) including the Villa of the Faun which is considered to have been the most opulent and largest residential home of its time. The cube mosaic floors were also found in an ancient residential ruin on the Greek Island of Delos, one of the most sacred, historical and mythological sites in Greece. The Italians used the design in floor tilings in the 11th century. ⠀ ⠀ Since these earliest times the cuboid pattern or tumbling blocks, also known as rhombille tiling, reverse cubes, or cubework has frequently appeared throughout history in tiled flooring, walls, quilting and interior design in the most grand homes, castles and churches. Revivals came along during the Renaissance, Baroque and Victorian eras. Popular again in the 1930s and 2000s. Classic design never goes out of style whether draped across the table, spread over the bed or tiled across the floor. Castille soap is one of the most versatile ingredients you can have in the home. It’s non-toxic and very effective at making a number of products we buy daily, like hand soap, all-purpose cleaners, even face wash! Conventional cleaning products can increase indoor air pollution, many of them, like bleach and ammonia, give off volatile organic compounds that off-gas in the home, contributing to poor indoor air. Castille soap is made from vegetable oils like coconut, jojoba and olive oil. Castile soap is great for all surfaces and this large bottle will last me at least 6 months and I can make so many things from it….which I am going to show you 5 of them today! For all these recipes you will need a clean spray bottle, some measuring spoons essential oils, a small funnel, distilled water and the castile soap of course. ALL PURPOSE CLEANING SPRAY What I love about this recipe is that it can be used safely on all surfaces in the home and does a great job at cleaning. Ingredients: 1 cup distilled water 1 tablespoon unscented liquid castile soap 10 drops of essential oil – you can use lavender on its own or you can 5 drops of lavender and 5 drops of tea tree – both of these essential oils offer antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties – which make then great for cleaning Instructions: Add all the ingredients to a spray bottle. Чего только не может эта невероятная Блондинка с голосом-колокольчиком - она может все ❤️. В один из вечеров мне выпала честь провести атмосферный ужин в очень элегантном и уютном ресторане в центре Праги @restaurant_sova среди русскоговорящих леди, которые уже много лет проживают в Праге. Говорили мы о разном: сравнивали традиции и обычаи трёх стран 🇷🇺🇮🇹🇨🇿, тенденции и стиль модниц каждой страны, гастрономические пристрастия, немного о политике, культурных мероприятиях, концертах, театре, балете... и так весь вечер. И конечно же, я не упустила возможность познакомить девочек с моими работами: рассказала о моей философии создания новаторского Женского шейного аксессуара Solo Tu на базе мужского галстука, продемонстрировала способы ношения, подсказала с чем сочетать и как сделать галстук «главной скрипкой» образа.
