Read the whole post b4 asking questions.. We are glad to be returning to in person gatherings on our church campus. We will have some changes from the way things “used to be” before the pandemic. For now, we are requiring students to wear a mask 😷 while inside the youth room. (Masks aren’t necessary outside, or while eating.) We will also have a leader taking temps, so if you’ve got a fever 🥵 stay home. To keep our gathering numbers down and create space for growth we are creating a second youth room so that middle school and high school students can worship separately. High school students will meet in the “Garage” that is across the parking lot from the lighthouse. Middle school students will use the “youth room” upstairs in the gym. Lastly we are adjusting our schedule... 6:00 arrival time for everyone + meal 6:30 high school teaching and worship in garage Middle school playing games outside the flc 7:05 middle school goes upstairs for teaching and worship... high school begins discussion groups 7:35 middle school begins discussion groups, high school can continue discussion or transition to hangout time 8:00 dismissal - @newhorizonyouth_ on Instagram

20 YEARS OLD TODAY !! 1st July 2000 was the start of a business adventure that has seen many wonderful and fun experiences and including bottomless trenches. ECM Australia was established on this day 20 years ago and went from strength to strength as our local espresso coffee market continued to grow exponentially from the gifted personalities who helped our Australian coffee industry to become one of the globes most mature and sophisticated and admired coffee market. Originally established with two significant ECM models were the Giotto and the Veneziano. Anfim was also a healthy part of the success ...... Ahhh the good old days !! 2008 Espresso Company Australia (ECA) was established with the demise of ECM Italy. This saw ECA reinvent itself by pulling together a different range of brands. A punishing and humbling experience at the time! Rocket Espresso Milan was created from ECM Italy and Rocket continued to strengthen the established and household name Giotto. A wonderful and fun experience and association ! This business has given both me and my beautiful colleagues, purpose, something to look forward to, something to be proud of and somewhere to belong. A business is a collective gene pool of individuals who have skills and strengths that are graciously offered to help better someones situation by providing a solution. If genuinely offered then a great relationship can be shaped for many years of helping each other to build a business and have a laugh along the way. Owning what you sell is key to trust. After 20 years I am better off from the brutal experiences, challenges and lessons but ultimately rewarded with the friendships and relationships that have been a result of putting people first before coffee or money !! Thank you to everyone as I am grateful for those who I have crossed paths with to date and those who have backed me, my colleagues and our business. We turned to the Coopers Brewery archives to form the foundations of the Coopers Alehouses brand. Old ads, graphics and photographs informed what would become a contemporary new look. From an early 20th-century beer label, the logo and typeface were born. Sparkling Bold is based on the lettering of vintage Coopers labels. Band worked with renowned type designer Dave Foster to create this unique font.
