Vanavond komt er een persconferentie met nieuwe maatregelen voor de horeca. Leuk lijkt het niet te worden maar met onze creatieve geest gaan wij ook hier het maximale uit het minimale halen. ✔️Het belangrijkste is dat wij met 670m2 binnenruimte iedereen een veilige, corona-proof, ervaring kunnen bieden. 🔜De capaciteit zal verder beperkt worden en we sluiten eerder dan gewild. Maar.. 💡Voor lunch en borrel verandert er niets ten opzichte van nu. Voor diner gaan we onze shifts vervroegen naar 17:00 / 17:30 of 18:00 en de late shift naar 19:30 / 19:45 of 20:00. De duurt van één diner shift blijft twee uur. To all of our Spirit friends and family, Today we have made the very difficult decision to remain closed for the season until May 2021. As this was not an easy decision we felt it was the right one. With that said, though, for all of you who couldnt wait to dig into some of our delicious tuna poke or sip one of our rum buckets while catching the breeze off the water, we do have a bit of silver lining! We plan to do several pop ups/menu take overs at our sister restaurant - The Pilot House. Be sure to follow our FB page The Pilot for updates and details when they are announced. We also plan to add a few of the fan favorites onto the regular menu at The Pilot House. Stay tuned for details! (We can tell you that the Rum Bucket is already on our regular drink list - hint, hint) If youre missing those familiar faces of our friendly Spirit staff, you can still come see almost all of them 7 days a week at The Pilot House all summer long. YAY! We plan to use this summer to do a few minor renovations and updates aboard The Spirit and to start working on an amazing menu for Summer of 2021! Enjoy! _______________________________ Ψάρι fricassee Υλικά • 110 γρ. αβγό, ολόκληρο • 20 γρ. χυμός λεμονιού, σουρωμένος • 250 γρ. ζωμός ψαριού • 3,1 γρ. FDS (fleur desel= ανθός αλατιού • 0,6 γρ. λευκό πιπέρι, τριμμένο • 10 γρ. άνηθος, ψιλοκομμένος Διαδικασία 1. Χτυπάμε τα αβγά σε ένα μεταλλικό μπολ. 2. Σε ένα άλλο μπολ βάζουμε το χυμό λεμονιού και το ακουμπάμε πάνω σε πάγο. 3. Βάζουμε σε μια κατσαρόλα τον ζωμό, το αλάτι και το πιπέρι και τον φέρνουμε σε βρασμό. Στη συνέχεια τον προσθέτουμε σιγά σιγά στα αβγά ανακατεύοντας γρήγορα. 4. Μεταφέρουμε το μπολ σε μπεν μαρί και φέρνουμε το μείγμα στους 79℃ ανακατεύοντας συνεχώς. Απομακρύνουμε από την φωτιά αμέσως και σουρώνουμε στο μπολ με τον χυμό λεμονιού. Ανακατεύουμε μέχρι να ομογενοποιηθεί. 5. Προσθέτουμε τον άνηθο και αποθηκεύουμε σε ένα πλαστικό δοχείο. Για το φρικασέ θα χρειαστούμε: Υλικά • 80γρ. βούτυρο, κομμένο σε κυβάκια • 30γρ. ελαιόλαδο • 120γρ. κρεμμύδι ξερό, ψιλοκομμένο • 120γρ. φρέσκο κρεμμυδάκι κομμένο σε κυβάκια • 300γρ. μαρούλι iceberg, ψιλοκομμένο • 10γρ. Αλάτι • 20 γρ. χυμός λεμόνι, σουρωμένος • 1 γρ. λευκό πιπέρι, τριμμένο • 30γρ. άνηθος ψιλοκομμένος • 200γρ. σάλτσα αυγολέμονο Διαδικασία 1. Σε μια κατσαρόλα βάζουμε το βούτυρο και το ελαιόλαδο και σοτάρουμε τα κρεμμύδια. Μόλις μαραθούν προσθέτουμε το μαρούλι, το σπανάκι και το αλάτι. Σοτάρουμε μέχρι να μαραθούν τα χόρτα. 2. Όταν είναι έτοιμα τα μεταφέρουμε σε ένα μπολ και προσθέτουμε το χυμό λεμονιού, το πιπέρι, τον άνηθο και τη σάλτσα αυγολέμονο. 3. Ανακατεύουμε καλά δοκιμάζουμε και σερβίρουμε. Για να σερβίρουμε το ψάρι fricassee Υλικά • 150 γρ. ψάρι, φιλέτο • 100 γρ. σάλτσα αυγολέμονο (από τη συνταγή πιο πάνω) • 30 γρ. Μυρώνι • Λίγο ξύσμα λεμονιού • άνηθος, μόνο τις κορυφές Διαδικασία 1. Ψήνουμε το ψάρι στη σχάρα (chargrill) ή σε ένα τηγάνι με ελαιόλαδο. 2. Ζεσταίνουμε τη σάλτσα αυγολέμονο σε ένα μικρό κατσαρολάκι και τη σερβίρουμε σε ένα ζεστό πιάτο. 3. Από πάνω τοποθετούμε το φιλέτο ψαριού. 4. Πασπαλίζουμε με ξύσμα λεμονιού, χυμό λεμονιού και άνηθο. Καλή επιτυχία! - @funkygourmetrestaurant on Instagram
В минувшие выходные в Перми прошел большой фестиваль, посвященный рекам - «День рождения рек». Это праздник благодарности и признания водных ресурсов города, которых в Перми насчитывается более 300. Администрация Перми @admperm провела масштабный экологический фестиваль во второй раз. В этом году фестиваль стал заключительным событием экологического месячника, старт которому был дан в начале августа. Первая природоохранная акция состоялась на реке Егошихе: волонтеры очистили кромки и русло реки от мусора и обустроили «заповедник» – это ствол упавшего дерева, в котором могут жить разные виды животных и насекомых. В итоговый день фестиваля, 13 сентября, все желающие могли послушать на набережной Камы музыкальный концерт «Люди реки» и увидеть мистическую арт-секцию с видео-перформансами, стрит-арт-интервенциями, детскими мастерскими от «Чердака» музея PERMM и шествием гигантских светящихся рыб после заката. Волшебные рыбы были созданы пермскими семьями в ходе масштабной арт-резиденции и творческих мастер-классов. Кроме того, в этот день на набережной проходил фестиваль активных видов спорта на воде. Зрители смогли насладиться зрелищными показательными выступлениями по академической гребле, аквабайку, и гребному слалому, опробовать свои силы на уличных тренажерах по гребле. Продюсерский центр «KAMWA» @kamwapro представил 7-ми часовую программу «Люди реки» с участием музыкантов из Перми, Санкт-Петербурга, Москвы, Петрозаводска. Lavender blueberry no churn ice cream💜 ⠀ ⠀ Хотите рецепт простейшего варианта базы для мороженого из 2 (двух!) ингредиентов, при этом вам не понадобится ничего, кроме миксера, а процесс приготовления займёт всего 10 минут? Сохраняйте! Ингредиенты: 300 г сливок 150 г сгущёнки Взбить сливки до мягких пиков (важно не перевзбить!). На средней скорости тонкой струйкой влить сгущенку, продолжая взбивать до объединения. В качестве добавки можно использовать пюре из любимых ягод (свежих или замороженных) или джем / конфитюр, при этом либо вмешать их до однородности, либо сделать мраморные разводы, как у меня. Готовую массу убрать в морозильник на 6 часов (лучше на ночь) и готово! Its water-management network features 19 mills and 3 pumping stations, plus dikes and reservoirs that control flooding in the polder (low-lying land). Deux tours autour de Fort Boyard ce week-end ! Bien sympa de régater avec les copains, un paquet de catapultes au près et au portant (OFNI un peu partout 😂), du vent shifty, faible et fort, hélico qui fait tomber certains d’entre nous dont moi même, un départ au lièvre un peu spécial dimanche, bref on a bien rigolé et j’ai même réussi à me tromper de sens pour tourner le fort sur la première course alors que j’étais 2e 🤭🤦♂️ forcément le résultat n’est pas la à cause de cette erreur, mais beaucoup de fun malgré tout. Погода уже почти осенняя, так что в ближайшее время в Москве будет дуть как из фена — наконец-то можно разогнаться! По этому случаю ловите расписание ваших планов на эту неделю. Строгино: Уже сегодня в 18:00 — традиционная тренировка школы матчевых гонок. В среду мы придумали кое-что классное для опытных ребят — в 18:00 проводим гонки double-hand на SV20. В таких гонках участвуют команды всего из двух человек без инструктора. В четверг тоже в 18:00 пройдет очередная тренировка школы матчевых гонок. А в пятницу — наши (и ваши) любимые ночные гонки. Украшаем лодки гирляндами и фонариками, стартуем в 21:00. Лучше любой пятничной вечеринки! 🌙⛵️ В субботу утром, в 9:00, пройдут заключительные гонки матч-рейс, а вечером, в 17:00 — гонки на выживание, обещаем, будет весело. 😈 Про тех, у кого совсем нет опыта, мы тоже не забыли. В воскресенье в 9:30 утра ждем на гонки всех новичков. Не обязательно собирать команду, просто записывайтесь и приходите гоняться. Березки: В Березках в среду, четверг и пятницу действует специальная цена на тренировки командой — всего 7000 рублей за лодку. Также по будням проводим спарринг-тренировки на лучах в 12.00 и индивидуальные тренировки на этих лодках в любой день. В выходные будут специальные тренировки на Platu25 для всех, кто хочет подготовиться к финалу Кубка или просто погоняться в свое удовольствие.
