I FOUND LOVE ❤. At some point last year, I just told myself that this love/man thing wasnt for me because Mann! I was tired! Lol, December came with its own horrible news again (Job ish 😂) and I was like okay! In 2020, Ill focus on getting better in my career, make plenty money and enjoy my life abeg 😂. I never knew that applying for a media training while I was in my final year in school will be the beginning of the journey to meet you my amazing man, funny enough he was one of the facilitators at that training 😅, I got to work at the organization for 6 months where we became friends and colleagues, and in January 2020 we started the sweetest love journey Ive ever encountered. Babe, youve given me so much joy, love, peace, happiness, as your name means literally, our Love has brought us so much joy and I pray it continues and get better and better. This love Ive always prayed for, dreamt of, wished for is finally becoming a reality!! 💕Love Stories💕 “Luis & I met during Christmas time of 2016. Neither of us was looking for a relationship at the time; so it was completely unexpected that shortly after we started talking we started dating. On our first date, Luis was exactly 1 month shy of leaving for boot camp for the Marines. I went on the first date knowing that he was about to leave & he stationed in another state or even another country. Our first date was on a cold December night under the Christmas lights, we fell in love instantly. I’ve never clicked with anyone like I clicked with Luis, we were truly two soulmates meeting. We saw each other everyday for the entire month before he left for boot camp. We went on so many special dates & made so many memories. By the end of the month, I felt like I had known him forever. Him leaving was one of the toughest things we’ve gone through in our relationship. We kept in contact only through letters for 3 months. Our love for each other & for God kept our relationship healthy & strong. When he graduated I was nervous things would be different, but he was the same man I fell in love with. Since he is stationed 18hrs away from me we see each other once a month. We’ve had so many memorable vacations together. The funny thing is Luis & I both prayed for our future spouses 3 months before meeting each other. A few months later I fell head over heels in love with my soulmate & best friend. I am proud to say that we are now engaged. This summer, he proposed on the beach in Cancun. I cried tears of happiness & said of course! I am so excited to we will say goodbye to the distance soon.
