Rajačke pimnice nalaze se na brežuljku pored sela Rajac, nedaleko od Negotina, u istočnoj Srbiji. U pitanju je pravo malo selo sastavljeno od tradicionalnih kamenih kućica, koje služe isključivo za proizvodnju i čuvanje vina.🍷 Rajačke pimnice su jedinstvene po tome što, iako po svemu nalikuju na selo, u njima niko ne živi tokom cele godine. Svaka kuća predstavlja vinski podrum, čiji vlasnici žive u selu Rajac, koje se nalazi na 15ak minuta hoda od pimnica.🍷 Iako se često naziva Rajačke pivnice, ovo mesto zapravo nema veze sa pivom. Naziv mesta potiče od glagola piti - pimnice su mesto gde se pije. Međutim, odavno je odomaćen i naziv Rajačke pimnice - ali ne dajte da vas sve ovo zbuni; u ovim pimnicama pije se samo vino. 🍷 Vino se iz Negotinske krajine prevozilo brodovima koji su plovili Dunavom. Krajina je krajem 19. veka imala najveću površinu pod vinogradima u celoj Srbiji. Zbog velike rasprostranjenosti vinogradarstva u ovim krajevima, nastali su posebni kompleksi namenjeni proizvodnji i čuvanju vina, poznati kao pimnice, koji izgledom podsećaju na omanja sela. Kompleks poznat pod imenom Rajačke pivnice sagrađen je u periodu između sredine 18, i tridesetih godina 20. veka. Happy birthday Switzerland 🇨🇭 In honor of Swiss National Day, here are a bunch of Pictures of Switzerland. August 1st was chosen because this was said to be the day, in 1291, on which the three forest cantons of Uri, Schwyz, and Unterwalden signed the Federal Charter on the Rütli field, near to Lake Lucerne. In fact, the charter does not specifically mention August 1st as the date, but instead refers to at the beginning of the month of August 1291. The charter united the signatories in the struggle against Habsburg rule, the family then possessing the Duchy of Austria in the Holy Roman Empire. Managed to get one side of the roof of my cabin completely done💚🌿 - It’s GREEN!!! - Swipe left to see the process of today. Glad I used the first 4 hours this morning getting spruce rafters ready. The rain forced me to drink more coffee (sort of), but I lifted the tarp over the construction and was able to continue the lashings. Around midday the structure of the second side was ready for a roof too. Placed the tarpaulin I had bought for the project on the roof - and basically just sewed it onto the frame with jute twine. Used an improvised awl/needle made from a stick, had it fixed in no time. Placed a few more branches on top of the tarpaulin. Not many, just enough to secure the moss wouldn’t fall down. Someone asked me why I had tied on a vertical raft at the bottom of each side; they make sure that neither branches or moss can slide. Pushed on, and gathered a lot of moss for the roof. Just using my ground sheath to carry it on. (Note; if you use moss for a shelter, always make sure not to take it from the same site. The moss must have a chance to grow back. It’s worth the extra long walks.) Placed moss securely to one side, all the way. Looks kinda cool I think - and insulates a bit too. Gonna make the other side where the door is tomorrow. Right now; Making dinner inside my new half finished cabin by the light of a lantern. Feels good 👍🏼🌿🥘 A good nights sleep will be good too I guess. ➡️ Continuiamo a scoprire i Luoghi del Cuore nelle Marche insieme ai gruppi FAI giovani delle Marche: questa settimana vi presentiamo il Luogo del Cuore proposto dal nostro gruppo FAI giovani, ROCCA MONTE VARMINE di Carassai. 👉 A 4 km dal paese di Carassai si erge imponente il castello di Monte Varmine: splendido esempio di rocca medioevale, è giunta ben conservata fino ai giorni nostri con le sue mura poderose e l’alta torre dai merli ghibellini (35 m), munita di arciere e piombatoi. Dall’alto mastio della rocca si può ammirare e contemplare il paesaggio multiforme e dolcissimo delle colline della Valdaso e della Valmenocchia. La prima fortificazione sarebbe stata costruita dai longobardi che, nel VI-VII secolo, si insediarono nei pressi del colle di Monte Varmine in un luogo dove era facile controllare larea circostante. Nel 1060 viene donata al vescovo di Fermo. Nei secoli successivi varie nobili famiglie e personaggi fermani ne entrano in possesso, finché nel 1417 viene donata alla confraternita dell’ospedale di Santa Maria della Carità di Fermo. Trasformata in fattoria, è oggi uno dei rari esempi di fattoria fortificata nel Piceno. Nel suo cortile interno si trova la chiesa settecentesca di San Pietro. Pur trovandosi nel territorio di Carassai, Rocca Monte Varmine è proprietà del comune di Fermo, che l’ha ereditata qualche decennio fa dall’Opera Pia Brefotrofio, insieme ai suoi 700 ettari di terreno, destinati nei secoli allagricoltura e al sostentamento dei neonati abbandonati e indigenti. Purtroppo non è attualmente visitabile date le sue precarie condizioni dovute, oltre che a una lunga incuria e mancanza di manutenzione, anche agli effetti del sisma del 1997 e del 2016. En Tui recorrí las callejuelas medievales, estrechas, hasta llegar a la catedral que tiene apariencia de fortificación con sus torres almenadas y un claustro precioso. Un remanso de paz y visitar los lugares pasito a pasito, a estas alturas de mi vida viajera, es siempre lo que busco. El silencio del templo da paso a una vibración interna que también podríamos llamar meditación espontánea. Luego sientes la energía viva que está presente en esos lugares. 🇫🇷 Nous évoquons rarement les châteaux - pourtant nombreux - qui produisent du vin. Cette activité permet aussi dentretenir et de restaurer certains monuments historiques. En voici un qui a bénéficié du soutien dun collectionneur dart, tombé amoureux du lieu au premier regard. Cétait en 1979. Ils ne se sont plus jamais quittés :) --- Situé à Caillac, dans le Lot, en Occitanie, ce château a été construit vers 1430, puis s’est enrichi de sculptures et d’ornements Renaissance le siècle suivant. Les 5 tours ont elles aussi été édifiées au tout début du XVIème siècle. Entouré de vignes, le château Lagrezette a été racheté par Alain-Dominique Perrin (collectionneur d’art et ancien président de la marque de luxe Cartier) en 1980. Il était alors en ruine. L’homme d’affaires va entamer une très grosse campagne de restauration qui durera plus de 10 ans, afin de rendre à ce château son lustre d’antan. Le château produit aujourd’hui (et depuis +de 500 ans) du vin, qui a acquis au fil des années une renommée internationale (Malbec), notamment grâce au soutien et aux conseils de l’oenologue Michel Rolland. Anecdote: le château est situé entre le 44ème et le 45ème parallèle. A vol d’oiseau il se situe à égale distance de l’océan Atlantique, de la mer Méditerranée et des Pyrénées. . 🇬🇧 Located in Caillac (Lot - Occitania), this castle was built around 1430, then enriched with Renaissance sculptures and ornaments the following century. ⛰ MADONNA DELLA CORONA 👑 ⠀ ⠀ ...eine beeindruckende Wallfahrtskirche am Monte Baldo - und der Name hat übrigens nichts mit dem bekannten Virus zu tun 😉 ⠀ Die Kirche liegt in einer Höhe von 773m und wurde im 15. Jahrhundert direkt in den Fels hinein gebaut 😳 Quasi zwischen Himmel und Erde gelegen, auf einem Felsvorsprung an einem steilen Abhang, hoch über dem Tal der Etsch ⛰ Im Inneren der Kirche sieht man tatsächlich auch die Felswand. ⠀ Der praktische Teil: Man erreicht die Kirche vom oberhalb gelegenen Ort Spiazzi, dort gibt es kostenfreie Parkplätze. Von dort aus kann man entweder laufen (kein gerader Weg! *** SANTUARIO MADONNA DELLA CORONA***⠀ ⠀ 📔: Abbazie & Monasteri⠀ 📍: Località Santuario 1, 37020 Ferrara di Monte Baldo, VR⠀ 🚗: Macchina, parcheggio libero in loco⠀ ⏰: 1h 50 min⠀ 💲: Ingresso libero⠀ ⠀ Questa volta vi portiamo vicino al lago di Garda, non per una fuga lacustre ma per ammirare la grandiosità architettonica di questo santuario letteralmente incastonato nella roccia, a 774 metri di altezza su una parete verticale a picco sulla valle dell Adige.⠀ ⠀ Alcune testimonianze medievali citano lesistenza di un monastero e di una cappella già nel 1200, raggiungibili attraverso un pericoloso sentiero nella roccia. Oggi il sentiero non è più pericoloso, anzi potrete godere di una vista mozzafiato sulla valle e passare attraverso cunicoli scavati nella roccia. Dopo qualche curva in discesa si può ammirare la maestosità di questo santuario collocato tra cielo e terra (anche senza un drone).⠀ ⠀ Il percorso è adatto a tutta la famiglia, bambini e amici a 4 zampe ed è lungo circa 1 km. Tuttavia è disponibile un servizio di navetta che dalla località Spiazzi porta fino al Santuario (andata e ritorno 3 €), dove troverete anche un bar e una toilette per qualsiasi necessità.⠀ ⠀ È il luogo ideale per meditare o anche solo per godersi dei momenti di pace lontani dal fragore e dal caos della città.⠀ ⠀ Per la pausa pranzo ci sono diverse alternative, noi siamo stati alla @trattoria_al_taolon a Castelnuovo del Garda e abbiamo mangiato con gusto! Chiamarlo tagliere di affettati e formaggi è riduttivo, perché tutti sapori sono ricercati e abbinati con raffinatezza. Anche i diversi tipi di pane non sono lasciati al caso. A Aldeia Típica de José Franco encontra-se na localidade de Sobreiro, entre a Ericeira e Mafra, e é uma das mais reconhecidas aldeias musealizadas do país. Em início dos anos 60, José Franco deu asas ao sonho de recriar uma aldeia onde fosse possível mostrar o viver das gentes locais das suas memórias de infância e homenagear à sua terra. Hoje, no pequeno mundo moldado pelas mãos de José Franco (falecido em 2009) encontram réplicas à escala humana de muralhas de castelos, moinhos de vento, um parque infantil, uma pequena adega onde podem provar o vinho da região ou ainda a padaria, onde podem comprar o afamado pão com chouriço, entre outros. A entrada é gratuita e o horário de funcionamento é de 09h30 às 19h00 (18h00 no inverno) Já tinham ouvido falar desse sítio?
