- Update: 200 days of IF (16:8). F,31,5’8”. SW: 161, Day 100: 149, Day 200: 138. Pre-Quarantine workouts consisted of Spin, Pilates, or Yoga 4x/ week. Post-Quarantine, Spin was replaced by biking nearby trails. This amazing community kept me so motivated! Thank you!

- [COMP] I still struggling with recovery from falling in a hole at work. My at home yoga practice is helping me from going crazy.

- (COMP) Since my last post, I have been working on my flexibility with my yoga wheel. You guys my balance has improved and Im up to trying new movements with the whee. Do you guys practice on a yoga wheel? any advice to improve balance on it? Im pushing my practice. Thank you all in advance.
