مطبق السبانخ مقادير الوصفة 3 كوب دقيق 1 ملعقة صغيرة ملح 1 كوب ماء الحشو: 1/2 كيلو سبانخ مفروم 2 عود بصل أخضرمفروم 1/4 كوب زيت زيتون 3 ملعقة كبيرة عصير ليمون 2 ملعقة كبيرة سماق 1 ملعقة صعيرة ملح 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة فلفل أسود 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة شطة مجروشة طريقة التحضير 1. في وعاء الخلاط ضعي الدقيق.الملح والماء. ثبتي مضرب العجين. شغلي الخلاط على سرعة متوسطة إلى أن تتكون العجينة وتنفصل عن حواف الوعاء. شغلي الخلاط على سرعة بطيئة لمدة ٥ دقائق إلى أن تصبح العجينة ناعمة ومطاطية القوام. 2. في صينية واسعة ضعي مقدار1كوب من زيت الذرة. 3. قطعي العجينة إلى 14كرة صغيرة الحجم. ضعي كرات العجينة في الصينية. إدهني كرات العجينة بالزيت. غلفي العجينة بقطعة من النايلون. دعي العجينة إلى أن ترتاح لمدة 40 دقيقة. الحشو: في طبق واسع وعميق ضعي البصل. الملح والفلفل.بإطراف أصابعك إفركي البصل جيدا ليذبل. 4. صفي السبانخ من الماء مع الضغط عليها بين يديك جيدا للتخلص من الماء تماما .أضيفي السبانخ على البصل قلبي. أضيفي العصير.السماق.الملح.الفلفل.والشطة. قلبي لتختلط المكونات ببعض. 5. ثبتي الرف الشبكي في وسط الفرن. سخني الفرن إلى درجة حرارة ١٨٠.أحضري صواني قصيرة الحافة. 6. في صينية واسعة ضعي كمية من الزيت. ضعي كرة من العجينة في الزيت. بأطراف أصابعك مدي العجينة بخفة إلى أن تصبح قرص رقيق جدا. إثني طرف القرص لتصلي إلى نصف القرص ثم أثني الطرف المقابل على الطرف الأول ليتشكل لديك مستطيل. ضعي مقدار ملعقة صغيرة من حشو السبانخ في وسط المستطيل. إثني طرف المستطيل على الحشو ثم إثني الطرف الآخر ليتكون لديك المطبق. ضعي المطبق في الصينية. أكملي تشكيل العجينة وحشو السبانخ بنفس الطريقة. أضيفي المزيد من الزيت كلما احتاج الأمر. 7. ضعي المطبق في الصينية مع ترك مسافة ١ بوصة بين كل قطعة والأخرى. 8. إخبزي المطبق لمدة ١5 دقيقة إلى أن يصبح ذهبي اللون. 8. إخبزي المطبق لمدة ١5 دقيقة إلى أن يصبح ذهبي اللون. 9. أخرجي مطبق السبانخ من الفرن .ضعي في طبق التقديم. - @manalalalem on Instagram
