У меня карта с абонентской платой 18 ₽ в день, есть только безлимитный интернет, называется «Волна» и продаётся в магазинах сотовой связи. • • • • • • • • Merah Benoit began training at the studio just a few months before Covid-19 slammed on the breaks. Just when we had a rock solid Kids Beat class we had to shift to screen training, but hey... we’re making it work. In the classroom, Merah was quiet and observant, but that sweet demeanor didn’t fool anyone. She was bold enough to step up and work a scene on her first day with all boys. Her quick and subtle wit caught everyone’s attention and she immediately became part of the group. It’s interesting to watch Merah work as she takes her time to think things through. And believe me, her subtext says it all. During the shutdown, her mother wanted to get her started with on camera auditioning technique, so she booked a private lesson. She did a great job with her first scene. At that time, I was working with a filmmaker, casting principal roles for his indie project. As soon as our lesson was over, I called him and said, “You gotta see this kid.” I sent him the tape immediately. Before Merah and her mom left the studio, I had arranged a producer’s session with the three of them. Crazy biz as it is, the next day, Merah was cast in her first principal role! Within a week’s time, she interviewed with a few different agents chose to sign with @gravityartists. Shortly after, she taped for a lead role in a new series filming in Vancouver, Canada. Merah won the hearts of the casting director, the producers and the director on the project. They were so impressed with her ability to dive into this character and make it her own. Throughout all of the scenes, Merah was able to handle significant dialogue while staying invested in this intense role. The spike in coronavirus cases, prompted strict covid guidelines everywhere. A lengthy quarantine time on set prior to start date, pressed serious consideration. It was a tough choice to make for the Benoits, but they passed on the project. Why diets fail YOU Okay, you might find this a weird statement to make, especially since society, the media and even medical doctors often teach us that dieting is the best strategy for weight loss. However, I am here to tell you that diets DON’T work. What is the thing that the keto diet, vegan diet, low carb, high carb, no sugar, paleo diet… and MORE have in common? It is based around a reduction in calories and restriction of eating. Thats IT! If you reduce your calories, then voila - you will lose weight. However, these diets are often based around a short term restriction period such as 7 days, 6 weeks or even 6 months. So, what happens when you STOP these diets and go back to your normal way of eating? Spoiler! You go back to your normal weight, and may even gain more weight than you had originally. This is because your body is smarter than you know. If you shock your body with an extreme caloric deficit (i.e. eating less food than you burn) it will believe that you are in a situation where you are deprived of food. This will put the alarm bells on in our body and slow down metabolism, causing your body to hold onto body fat whilst eating even less food. Which also explains why it is easier to gain back the weight and more post-diet. Research shows that 95% of people who lose weight regain it within a few months or years… so seriously, what is the point? Instead of strict diets, change your focus onto lifestyle changes that will serve you for the long-term! Questo è quello che accade in adolescenza, dove lo specchio della fanciullezza non funziona più, e quello dell’età matura, non è ancora stato scoperto. Il riflesso adolescenziale è dinamicito e provvisorio: a questi specchi piace cambiare! La pubertà, maschile e femminile, si caratterizza per un fenomeno unico: il non riconoscersi più in quell’immagine che si ha davanti. Il corpo che si conosceva lascia il posto a un altro corpo: da un giorno all’altro compaiono peli, brufoli, cambia la voce, e per le ragazze arriva il menarca. Lo specchio esercita una grande cattura sugli adolescenti che vogliono costantemente interrogarlo, utilizzandolo come strumento per scoprire la propria identità. È come se i ragazzi intraprendessero un vero e proprio “viaggio di specchi” che va dal gruppo degli amici alla squadra, dalla scuola alla famiglia. Tra i tanti specchi, meritano un’attenzione particolare i social network, che si presentano come uno specchio magico, capace di offrire un’immagine molto peculiare poiché “scelta”, modificata, controllabile e potenzialmente sotto gli occhi di tutti. Ma cosa si chiedono gli adolescenti allo specchio? Molto spesso delle risposte. Questa fase della vita si rivela infatti un periodo pieno di domande che non disorienta soltanto l’adolescente ma anche i genitori, i quali faticano a capire come, ad esempio, questo ragazzone abbia potuto prendere il posto del loro bambino. In questo senso bisogna accettare le tante contraddizioni senza pretendere di risolverle subito, poiché tutte queste domande ne hanno al centro una (quasi volessero proteggerla?), che avrà bisogno di un tempo lungo e speciale per trovare una risposta: Chi sono io? Molly with the good hair… @mollyhmlyn 💗 Got me thinking about my tips to achieve really long hair . It seems every other LA girl has this look right now and the other half desires it . . Super long hair means extra care to avoid breakage , so what can help? Silk pillows to sleep in and extra care avoiding split ends . There is cutting method I use @johnfriedasalons where I twist the hair and look carefully for the split ends , only cutting this , this makes the models love my cut as it keeps itheir hair really long.
