SALVA LA RICETTA 💾 𝐿𝑎 𝑡𝑜𝑟𝑡𝑎 𝑑𝑖 𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑜𝑡𝑡𝑎 𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑙𝑎 𝑆𝑖𝑔𝑛𝑜𝑟𝑎 𝑁𝑢𝑐𝑐𝑖𝑎 vi è piaciuta tantissimo, grazie a tutte ❤️ Nell’impasto sapori tipici sardi: ricotta di pecora, zafferano e limone 🍋 Questa torta è unica, leggera, profumatissima, ha un gusto aromatico molto avvolgente 😍 Io ho utilizzato uno stampo da 20 cm, se volete utilizzare uno stampo da 22/24 cm raddoppiate le dosi degli ingredienti 💪🏻 𝑆𝑎𝑙𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑒 𝑝𝑟𝑜𝑣𝑎𝑡𝑒 𝑞𝑢𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑎 𝑟𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑡𝑡𝑎 𝑜𝑡𝑡𝑖𝑚𝑎 ❤️ ______ Ingredienti 2 uova 140 g di zucchero bianco 140 g di farina 00 8 g di lievito in polvere per dolci (1/2 bustina) 200 g di ricotta di pecora scolata dal siero 1/2 bustina di zafferano sciolta in un goccio di acqua Scorza grattugiata di 1 limone biologico Zucchero di canna q.b. ______ Preparazione 1) Preriscaldare il forno a 160 °C. Foderare con carta forno la base di uno stampo rotondo a cerniera (20 cm) e imburrare e infarinare il bordo (oppure foderare anche il bordo con carta forno). Tenere da parte. 2) Mettere in una ciotola capiente le uova e lo zucchero, montare con le fruste elettriche per 2 minuti circa. 3) Aggiungere la farina setacciata insieme al lievito e mescolare con le fruste elettriche fino ad attendere un composto omogeneo. 4) Unire la ricotta, lo zafferano sciolto e la scorza grattugiata, amalgamare con le fruste (La Signora Nuccia consiglia di lavorare poco la ricotta, lasciandola un po’ granulosa, per ottenere un risultato più morbido e casereccio). Spolverizzare la superficie con un po’ di zucchero di canna. 5) Cuocere in forno caldo (160 °C) per 30 minuti. ✨new recipe link in bio ✨ Lemon Magic Custard Cake- Have you heard of the Magic Custard Cake? It is a cake consisting of 3 layers, a pie crust like fudgey bottom, custard middle and moist sponge cake top layer. However this is made all with the one batter which separated into the respected layers while it bakes. It’s magic! or science :) As usual, I also wanted to make it lighter and less sweet, so I substituted half the sugar with monk fruit sweetener (my fav sugar replacer but you can use stevia or just sugar, just don’t replace it with any liquid sweetener), use skim milk and replace almost half of the flour with wholemeal spelt flour to get a bit of wholegrain goodness in. When I was mixing the batter, I was actually very skeptical about this cake working, the batter is very thin, it calls for 500 ml of milk! it also bakes for a much longer time than my usual cakes. But lo and behold, it came out really great. There are definitely 3 distinct layers. The bottom layer is almost like a pie crust, it’s dense and fudgy. The middle layer is a soft custard. The top layer reminds me of the sponge in a tiramisu, like a super moist, soaked in milk sponge. I’d compare it to a tres leches but I never had one so I don’t know if it’s accurate haha. My cake seems to have a really tall cake layer and thinner custard layer, not sure if it’s because I’m using less sugar and includes some wholegrain flour, but I’m not complaining. I didn’t want it to go to waste, so it ended up as a sweet, tangy icing on this delicious cake💁🏻♀️. . My citrusy cake🍰is decked up with a delicious cream cheese frosting. This dream team brings in all sorts of zesty and sweet flavors to the table. I added a pinch of turmeric and chose some healthy alternatives💛 to add a spicy nutritious element into the mix. . Each slice of this delectable dessert will make your taste buds sing🎶 ! . 💛Ingredients • 1 cup cake flour • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour • 1/2 cup cane sugar (I used ¼ cup) * • 1 tsp baking powder • 1/2 tsp baking soda • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened • 2 large eggs • 2/3 cup almond milk mixed with 2 ½ tsp lemon white vinegar (Buttermilk) • Zest of 1 lemon • Juice from 1 lemon • Pinch of turmeric (optional) • 1 block cream cheese for frosting (mixed with lemon zest) *Add more sugar if you have a super sweet tooth. 💛Method: 1.Preheat the oven to 350° F and prep two 6″ diameter cake pans with non-stick spray. 2.Line the pans with parchment paper (cut into circles). 3.Sift and add the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the eggs and continue beating till combined. 6.Stop and scrape the bowl with a spatula after adding each egg. 7.Pour the buttermilk, fresh lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix on medium-high speed for 1-1 ½ minute. 8.Divide the batter equally between both pans. 9.Bake for 20-25 minutes (or until it passes the toothpick test) 10.Let your cake cool completely. 11.Assemble it by placing a layer upside-down on a serving plate. 𝕽𝖊𝖈𝖊𝖙𝖆/𝕽𝖊𝖈𝖎𝖕𝖊 . . 1 huevo/ 1 egg 200 gr yoghurt natural/ 200g g greek yogurt 3/4 taza de azúcar/ 3/4 cup sugar Jugo y ralladura de 1 1/2 limon/ 1 1/2 lemon juice and zest 1/2 taza de aceite de girasol/ 1/2 cup sunflower oil 1 1/2 taza de harina/ 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cucharadita de polvo leudante/ 1 tsp baking powder 1 cucharada de semillas de amapola/ 1 tbsp poppy seeds . Para el Glasé/ For the Glaze 2 cucharadas de jugo de limon/ 2 tbsp lemon juice 3/4 taza de azúcar impalpable o glas/ 3/4 cup powdered sugar Ralladura de 1/2 limon/ 1/2 lemon zest . Batir el huevo con el azúcar, agregarle el yoghurt y el aceite de girasol. Luego incorporar la ralladura y jugo de 1 limón y medio. Por ultimo incorporar los secos (harina, polvo leudante y las semillas de amapola). Enmantecar el molde y llevar a horno medio 180C durante 40-45 minutos. Una vez listo dejar enfriar 10 minutos y desmoldar. En caso de no tener estos moldes podes usar una budinera normal. Una vez frio hacer un glasé con el azúcar impalpable y jugo de limón y luego rallarle 1/2 limón para decorar. 🍋 Q u e q u e de L i m ó n 🍋 Exquisito y esponjoso pero húmedo a la vez. Consejo: no precalentar en exceso el horno. La primera vez que lo hice fue después de 2 tandas ee pan y la miga quedó apelmazada. Ojo entonces con el exceso de calor. Ingredientes queque: - 2 1/2 tazas de harina blanca (espelta o trigo) - 3/4 taza de azúcar de caña - 1/2 taza de yogurt de soya - 1/2 taza bebida vegetal - 1/2 taza jugo de limón - 1/3 taza aceite de oliva - 2 1/2 cdta polvos de hornear - 1/2 cdta sal - zeste de 1 limón Ingredientes glaseado: -1/4 taza crema de coco - 1 a 1 1/2 taza de azúcar flor - jugo de medio limón En un bowl mezclar la bebí vegetal, el yogurt de soya y el jugó de limón. Agregar el aceite de oliva y los polvos de hornear. Luego agregar el azúcar y mezclar bien. Agregar la harina y la sal y poner en un molde previamente pincelado en aceite y cubierto de harina. Hornear 40-45 minutos a 180 grados o insertar un palito de brochets hasta que salga seco. H A R V E S T I asked for a couple of lemons from our tree, and he brings me four, branch and all. Thanks @nicksnelling. We used these to make the yummiest lemon curd (which we’ll use to fill a biscuit-base lemon tart). 𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 3 eggs 1 egg yolk 160 gm caster sugar 150 ml lemon juice 160 gm butter cut into cubes grated rind of 2 unwaxed lemons 𝘐𝘯𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴 1. Whisk eggs and sugar first, then lemon juice and rind in a heatproof bowl. 2. Place bowl over a pot of gently simmering water. Make sure the bottom of your bowl does not touch the hot water. 3. Stir the mixture until it starts to thicken. (This may take awhile). 4. Once the mixture has thickened, turn off the heat and add cubes of butter in small batches. Keep stirring after each addition. 5. Curd is ready when your finger leaves a clear path on the back of a spoon or spatula. Whistle baking 🍋#lemon drizzle cake I managed to discover lemon curd recipe. 🍋Ingredients: ¾ cup fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest ¾ cup sugar 3 large eggs eggs ½ cup unsalted butter, cubed 🍋Preparation time: around 10 mins Mix all together until boiling, chill down in the fridge and use for the next 14 days. ACQUA AROMATIZZATA con zenzero e limone! Nel sondaggio che ho fatto qualche giorno fa, una buona parte di voi ha risposto che preferisce la classica acqua allacqua aromatizzata. Ma andiamo a vedere tutti i suoi benefici: Lacqua aromatizzata aiuta sicuramente chi tende a bere molto poco, in questo modo si evita la disidratazione e bere lacqua diventa un piacere. Bere acqua e limone, soprattutto al mattino, permette la regolazione del ph dello stomaco, favorisce leliminazione delle tossine, depura e aiuta la digestione. Come prepararla? Aggiungere in un litro di acqua naturale un limone tagliato a fette e un pezzetto di zenzero. Lasciare riposare un paio dore in frigorifero ed è pronta. Io ho scelto di utilizzare questi ingredienti, ma in realtà se ne possono utilizzare molti altri. 🍊Adult Orange Julius🍊Yup, you read that right and yup, these are as delicious as you remember the OG being back when you were 16 roaming around the local mall. Recipe makes 4 beverages: Ingredients: ½ cup sugar, divided 1 orange zest 1 orange wedge 1 ½ cups ice 2 cups orange juice ½ cup vodka 1 cup whole milk ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 4 orange wheels mix together ¼ cup sugar and the orange zest with a fork until orange is fragrant and evenly dispersed in the sugar. Lemon Meringue Summer Pavlova This recipe is so fun and great to do if you are making a custard or recipe using egg yolks. The lemon curd is super sharp and balances really well with the meringue. Give this a go and let me know your thoughts 😊🌟💐 🍋 Lemon curd ~ Zest and Juice of 2 Lemons 110g Caster Sugar 50g Butter 2 eggs beaten Meringue ~ 3 large egg whites 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3/4 tbsp cornflour 180g caster sugar I used @clarence_court, @sublimebutter, @billingtonsuk and @droetkerbakes 🧡 Preheat the oven to 140°C, whisk the egg whites until you get soft peaks. Whisk the sugar in slowly until you have stiff peaks and a glossy mixture. Fold in the cornflour and vanilla. Pipe onto a progressed tray and cook until lightly golden (around 50 mins) For the curd, add lemon zest, juice, sugar and butter in a bowl. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Once the butter has melted, whisk in the egg. Cook on low heat for 15 mins until thick and spreadable. Then sieve the curd to remove any lumps and zest. NOTE (you can add less sugar if you want sharper curd). Finally either add whipped cream (300ml double cream whisked) or Italian meringue. The meringue recipe is linked on my lemon meringue iced bun post 😊💛☀️ To make the candied lemon on top, add lemon slices to a small pan of water with 90g caster sugar added. Polenta comes from the north of Italy, and is one of the defining elements of their identity, so much so that they’ve been nicknamed after their favourite grain (it’s not a good thing to call them that so we won’t write it here). Apart from the rivalry between the north and the south of Italy, this recipe brings in nicely their best culinary attributes - lemons and pistachio from the south, and polenta from the north.
