Пора подводить итоги лета 🙈🙈🙈 —————————————————- ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ И я с легкостью могу сказать, что это было худшее лето в моей жизни 😬. Такого количества негатива я ещё никогда не видела и не впитывала... После 8 лет жизни в Азии я и забыла, что на Родине нельзя быть добрым и пушистым, ибо все с радостью садятся к тебе на шею и ножками болтают 😔. Ещё и карантин видимо очень повлиял на культуру и воспитание нашего народа, так как 70% отдыхающих напрочь не следят за своими манерами 🤯. А ещё с марта месяца меня не отпускают простуды одна за другой 😳... ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Вот почему я практически не появлялась в Инстаграм, у меня будто высосали всю энергию 😨. У меня пропал нормальный сон и появилась ужасная апатия... А я привыкла всех заряжать позитивом и излучать лучики добра. Немного пожаловалась и хватит 🙈 ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ Так вот... в последний день лета, хочу попрощаться со всем негативом надолго и безвозвратно, надеюсь 😅. Хочу снова светиться от радости и улыбаться каждому, хочу наполнять энергией и добром всех и себя тоже 😄. Раз с этим летом не повезло, значит следующее будет превосходным. А пока весело врываемся в тёплую осень и она будет, однозначно, наполнена счастливыми моментами 🥰. I remember days before our #thailandexperience trip at the end of January, I was told of the travel restrictions and how we were gonna contract #covid19 as well as be stuck outside of America. I freaked out and told everyone I was NOT going. They reminded me that people joined this trip because I was part of it and I could not let those people down. I calmed my nerves and packed my bag and away we went. We had our surgical masks/ wipes/ hand sanitizer and every other preparation tool needed. I even packed a thermometer (which I never pack for tropical vacation destinations). We got to the airport in Chicago on February 3rd to leave for Hong Kong. Nothing was too different besides a few people wearing masks. We got to #HongKong and as we stepped off the plane we were greeted by 2-3 different thermal scans. I felt a sense of protection from the precautions Hong Kong was taking. This photo was taken the next morning on our flight out to our final destination #phuketthailand . Even when we landed in Phuket, we were again greeted with thermal scans and hand wipes etc. All in all we had a great holiday but shit was getting real around the world, mainly in America. Once we left Phuket, we flew into #sanfrancisco on valentines day and was greeted with NO thermal scans. No kind of precautions to prevent any spread of any disease. The world was prepared, America.....NOT so much! Here we are with over 200k deaths and this administration still has no plan on stopping the spread. Марш-бросок в Крым✨ ⠀ Всем привет🙋♀️ ⠀ И так, как вы поняли по сторис, я в Крыму Мы сюда доехали на машине, без ночёвок, впятером (4 водителя) и с очень гружёной машиной ⠀ Дорога с остановками на заправку-попить кофе уложилась у нас в 30-31 час от Санкт-Петербурга до Белогорска ⠀ Я наивно полагала, что за это время посмотрю страну свою большую😂 но не учла, что на трассах максимум видно щиты звукоизоляции и кусочек леса🤣 а ночью так и их не особо заметишь ⠀ По бензину: В Москве и близлижайщих районах цена ниже, чем в СПБ, в Крыму чуть дороже, но нет прям огромной разницы ( у нас 92) ⠀ Вчера посчитали, что на бензин ушло около 12000 руб ( до Ялты) ⠀ Кто собирается в такой Трип-не забудьте обзавестись транспондером( питерский действует по всему маршруту) ⠀ Наши ошибки: 1. Ехать впятером не особо комфортно. Если есть возможность, делитесь на две машины 2. Без остановок на поспать ехать сложновато. Я до сих пор грежу сутками в Ростове-давно туда хочу 3. Если берёте продукты-возьмите сумку-холодильник или рассчитайте их более грамотно-мы многое выкинули ⠀ Наши лайфхаки: 1.Сериал вам в помощь! Дорога пролетает просто незаметно. Наш выбор пал на «Бумажный дом» и мы отлипнуть от него не могли. 1 сезон и серия 2ого уже просмотрены👍 2.Пледы и подушечки в дорогу-обязательно 3.Вспомните игры: мы играли в Слова, и это было очень весело 4.Выходите на заправках, даже если вам не нужен технический перерыв, разминайте тело 5.Не забудьте взять влажные и обычные салфетки и достаточное количество воды- на заправках она всегда дороже раза в 3. А салфетками я напичкала всю машину, на все случаи жизни😉 6.В дороге периодически пропадает сеть. Будьте к этому морально готовы. Так же мы взяли с собой телефон для навигации-чтобы смотреть, где установлены камеры на скорость 7.Будьте позитивны.Ваша дорога будет куда приятнее, если она пройдёт в атмосфере смеха и радости, а не выноса мозга друг другу 8. I just realized that today is the day of my very first Instagram post 2 years ago. I was on a Mediterranean ☀️ trip with a friend. She changed my life forever... “to be in the moment and live your best life.” It was also the day that Croatia 🇭🇷 advanced to the World Cup final, only to lose to France 🇫🇷 a week later. I remember how much I wanted them to advance. It was my favorite sport moment of all time, to see the unity of a nation was so inspiring. So much has changed in the past 2 years. Мне нравится то, что сейчас я живу так, как считаю нужным. Я путешествую, гуляю, смотрю красивые места, занимаюсь тем, что мне действительно приносит удовольствие. Я считаю, что в этом моя внутренняя энергия в настоящий момент - жить для себя, а не для других. Научиться любить прежде всего себя. Сейчас я стараюсь направлять свою энергию на правильные вещи и не тратить ее на других людей, на негатив, пустые страхи, не загоняться по поводу пустяков. Очень долгое время я жила не для себя. Истязала себя учебой, спортом и вещами, которые мне не по душе. Но сейчас я действительно осознала, что нужно всегда стараться делать то, что действительно хочется. Например, если хочется куда-то пойти - не стоит отказываться от этого из-за своих страхов, ведь они только в нашей голове. Или если ты перегорел к чему-то - лучше забыть и не сожалеть больше. Я не пошла в магистратуру, потому что я чувствую, что мне нужна остановка. Остановка, чтобы посмотреть вокруг и решить «а что я действительно хочу делать». У каждого из нас свой путь, свой жизненный ритм. Поэтому все пути правильные. Сейчас я стала ощущать себя более женственной, более спокойной и уверенной в себе. И если вы любите себя, заботитесь о своём теле, стараетесь заниматься делом, которое вам по душе - это действительно притягивает людей, как магнит. Поэтому очень важно уметь давать себе отдых и прислушиваться к своему внутреннему «я». Казалось бы, это очень просто, но в то же время так сложно.
