We’ve been on a nice little social media hiatus with all this sickness going between the both of us, so we’re just gonna make a big ol update on everything we’ve been up to and have coming up! Keep swiping to see all the fun! . 1. In partnership with @bandyette we’ve managed to raise over $600 for @atlas_kinder! We still have some copies of the tape available online for purchase with all proceeds continuing to go helping orphaned children in Northern Africa. Thanks to everyone who came out to @soft__junk in support of the cause we love ya! . 2. Preorders for the @freeyouthfest tape are now available on our Bandcamp page! We’ll be recording select singles from the fest to tape on Dec. 21st and 22nd and making tapes on AS ORDERED BASIS!!! We will have extremely limited copies for sale outside of the online distro, so you’re best bet to get your hands on the tape is if you order it online. All proceeds from the sale of the tapes will go to benefit @yeahrocks_ and #southerngirlsrocknrollcamp, so get to buying! . 3. We are excited to be releasing a limited edition run of the latest @joeltonmayfield EP, “I Hope You Make It” that is already out everywhere to stream! We have preorders set up for the tape already via our band camp as well as Joelton’s page but we’ll have some better pictures here soon so you can see just how sick the packaging really is. The first day when we started roller skiing in the Netherlands we had to cross a bridge over the highway. We were exhausted when we were on the top, barely climbing 10 meters of altitude. Norway wont be possible on roller skis we thought on that moment. Two months later we surprise ourselves. On our way to Lillehammer we had our the toughest climb so far. It was so incredibly steep (on roller skis) and it just kept on going without any easier sections to breath. The total climb was 8 kilometers, with sections up to 15%. On a bicycle it would have been very tough, but with roller skis it was a real challenge. Luckily there was a brand new pavement. While climbing Olivier was thinking I wouldnt be able to do this when I am twenty years older. This is the fittest I have ever been in my life. He was sweating like a pig and his shirt was wetter then when you soak it into the water. Es más en mi opinión estar creando una vida, es un motivo más que suficiente para cuidarte más que nunca🤞🏼 . No soy experta en Embarazo y Deporte, Ojalá, sabéis que curioseo y trato de aprender cada día un poco más, lo aplico en primera persona, y tengo que añadir, que no me está yendo nada mal💪🏼 . Mi experiencia me dice que, hasta ahora, haber continuado con el deporte me ha ayudado a NO tener ningun RIESGO durante el embarazo, y no es poco. Sé que todo puede cambiar, y de hecho cambia cada día, pero mientras pueda, seguiré adaptando el deporte a mi vida, pese a que me crezca la tripa🤰🏻 . Así que, acabando mi segundo trimestre de Embarazo, me he animado a Competir a Nivel Nacional, pensaréis que no tenia nada que ganar, pues mi forma fisica no es ni por asomo la de competición, y podía haber algo de riesgo, pero con la Mentalidad de disfrutar y con pies de Plomo, he GANADO, me siento feliz de haberme despedido de MI deporte Antes de ser mamá 🚀 . Mi consejo es que si, gozas de un buen embarazo, no dejes de moverte, te ayudará durante y después, Estoy Segura❤️ . A: In July of 2019, I started working in the Vitamin Department at the Kamloops location. I also coordinate events and product demonstrations for our store. N: What is your favourite team perk? A: I love the staff product training sessions. I always learn so much and feel I can be of more assistance to our customers because of them. N: What product are you currently raving about? A: There a few favourites, but the one that is at the top of my list right now is the @myironvegan Pink Lemonade Amino Octane. I call this my “Go Juice” I drink it before every ride in the mountains, keeps my hydrated with electrolytes, vasodilator for more oxygen and repairs muscle so I’m not sore the next day… my go to drink.
