Non Stop (2014) With this whole Covid situation, traveling has been put on hold and I got to admit that I started to miss flying on airplanes. I almost miss to the point that I would even board a flight like the one depicted in this film and if you know a thing or two about Liam Neeson, this man rarely has a smooth time in a movie. Here, he plays an air marshall who receives a sms demanding $150 million; otherwise, a passenger will be killed every 20 minutes. Tick Tock. Non Stop is an action thriller that is short, to the point and has plenty of excitement to keep your heart beating the entire flight. The setting of a plane creates a sense of claustrophobic restrictions so the action sequences feel all the more impactful. Neeson is admirable as a hero and the supporting cast played their respective roles well. Out of all the Liam Neeson actions, this one and Taken are the only ones that staid in my mind while others were forgotten on the next day. Yes the subcontext might seem weird but that doesnt take away from the thrilling experience. - @movies.shmovies on Instagram

Like clockwork, each morning at 7AM the entire town of Aberhosan in Wales would lose its broadband connection. The mystery plagued the village for 18 months — and nobody knew why. Until now. The culprit? An old television set. After numerous cable replacements failed to fix the issue, an investigation discovered that an unnamed Aberhosan resident was unaware their TV would emit a signal that would interfere with the entire village’s broadband infrastructure, BBC reports. Baffled by the continuous lapses in connectivity, the technicians used a monitoring device — also known as a spectrum analyzer — to identify the source of the interference. The device led them to the resident in question, who felt embarrassed for unknowingly causing trouble and immediately promised to never use the set again. So why 7AM, you might be wondering? Well, that’s when the anonymous householder would switch their TV on each morning, inadvertently affecting the entire village’s broadband.
