4 years ago vs. 👉 now. About 90 pounds difference between the 1st 2 photos. No difference in weight in THESE photos but that doesnt mean it didnt fluctuate for a LONG time. I got about 10 pounds lighter than I am now for a period. It was after a really rough time when I was barely eating anything (even when I wanted to, my anxiety wouldnt let me). Then I gained some nesting weight and was up 30-40 pounds from my initial weight loss. I had plenty of energy for my workouts and the not-so-occasional beer. But I also missed feeling more shredded. Now I eat to sustain. I even cut out the beer! And Ive been at almost the exact same weight I was at 4 years ago for over 6 months. Journeys will take you from point A to point B but no one said you wont see point C, M, J, Y... You get my point. Im feeling comfortable where I am now.
