This new normal is beginning to settle into a good rhythm. Like most, I struggled at first. My bulk was cut short as gyms closed. So I had 2 options: give up or refocus my goals. By reassessing my diet and stepping stones to a new goal I was able to better prepare. But taking stock of what fitness options there were around me, I could create a set of workout routines to maximise my results. For many, covid 2020 was the year they were forced to be a couch potato. In reality they chose to give up. Chose to allow a limitation to stop them. I know because I came so close to doing the same.
