The backstory is that in 2017, I became overrun with eco-anxiety and eco-grief when my partner and I started talking about trying to get pregnant. If you’re new to my story, I realized my mom was a narcissist when I was 30 after I divorced my narcissistic ex husband (I saw a lot of similarities), I got diagnosed with postpartum depression, found an amazing therapist who helped me realize I have 33 years of childhood trauma (unsupportive, conditional love) and here I am.
