Los meses de encierro debido a la crisis sanitaria de los últimos meses ha mantenido a los ciudadanos privados de uno de los espacios públicos más importantes de la ciudad de Santiago, el Parque Metropolitano. Su esperada reapertura trae consigo el desafío de generar una experiencia segura, manteniendo la distancia social de sus usuarios y entregándoles las herramientas para entender una nueva forma de reencontrarnos en el espacio público. Bajo esta premisa @parquemetminvu nos convoca para diseñar un proyecto que respondiera a estas necesidades a través de un trabajo de urbanismo táctico diseñado de manera personalizada para los accesos del parque, donde hemos diseñado e incorporado un sistema de señalética de distanciamiento físico que permite a los usuarios entender la distancia que deben mantener con sus pares, y a su vez los tiempos de permanencia en cada lugar del Parque manteniendo las medidas sanitarias, la armonía y diálogo del lugar. Malioboro layaknya kota mati, hanya dilintasi segelintir orang. Dari Titik Nol Kilometer hingga Stasiun Tugu suasana jauh berbeda dari biasanya, dunia berjalan begitu pelan, begitu hambar dan seakan tak bernyawa. Pedagang Pasar Beringharjo kompak menutup kios sejak awal April sementara di jalan Pasar Kembang tampak lengang, hanya menyisakan beberapa tukang becak yang tengah terlelap dan pengemudi ojek online menunggu penumpang yang tak kunjung datang. Tidak terasa sudah berjalan 5 bulan lebih 3 minggu sejak foto ini dibuat, tampaknya belum ada tanda-tanda pandemi ini akan berakhir. Malah cenderung menjadi-jadi. Setiap hari jumlah orang yang positif terus bertambah berbanding terbalik dengan ruang perawatan yang kian berkurang. Banyak usaha gulung tikar dengan meninggalkan masalah pengangguran sementara sektor usaha yang lain sibuk meredefinisikan bisnisnya menyesuaikan kondisi yang ada. Tapi kehidupan harus terus berjalan walaupun harus disesuaikan dengan keadaan. Saat ini semua orang sudah dan harus menjalani aktifitas seperti biasanya ditengah berbagai pembatasan, lelah dan kekhawatiran. Rakyat tidak bisa hanya berdiam diri dan pasrah dengan keadaan. Kita semua dipaksa belajar beradaptasi, hidup dengan virus dan ketidakpastian. Tak perlu saling menyalahkan soal penanganan, karena tidak ada seorangpun yang paling berpengalaman. Kini Malioboro sudah ada denyut kehidupan, tentunya dengan memperketat aturan dan protokol kesehatan bagi para wisatawan. Selalu ada harapan yang disertai usaha, doa dan keyakinan. Tapi sebaiknya kita semua introspeksi diri, apakah sudah menjalankan protokol kesehatan dengan bijak dan sesuai ketentuan? Ada yang sepemikiran? 🙄😃 Nampaknya kalau rel kereta sepanjang jalan Ahmad Yani ini dibuat elevated (melayang) 🚝🚝 bakal drastis mengurangi kemacetan di area bawahnya😷. Apalagi yang ke arah Sidoarjo biasanya sering macet akibat adanya lampu merah baik di Bundaran Dolog, ataupun persimpangan ke arah Siwalankerto. Selain itu manfaat jika dibuat elevated adalah pengendara bisa dengan mudah bergeser dari/ke Frontage Timur. Apalagi Frontage Timur sendiri kondisinya lebih sepi/(banyak yang enggan lewat Frontage Timur) akibat waktu tempuh lebih lama (karena adanya beberapa lampu merah tadi). Sehingga tidak leluasa geser ke jalan utama maupun ke Frontage. Berbeda lagi dg sisi barat yang bisa dg mudah bergeser 😁 Apalagi kalau bisa elevated nya dari Wonokromo sampaiii Sidoarjo kota. ERNST-REUTER-PLATZ Nach Ende der Zwischennutzung wird dort bis Ende 2021 ein Interims-ZOB gebaut. Übergangsweise fahren die allermeisten Stadtbusse hier ab, bis der spätere, endgültige ZOB vor dem Bahnhof in Betrieb gehen kann. Wie die Fläche des Interims-ZOBs anschließend genutzt wird, wird die Stadt gemeinsam mit den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern entscheiden. BAHNHOFSPLATZ Spätestens mit Inbetriebnahme des Interims-ZOB wird die Bahnhofstraße im Bereich vor dem Bahnhofsgebäude für den Auto- und Busverkehr gesperrt. Von Osten und Westen her bleibt der Hauptbahnhof erreichbar. Zwischen Bahnhofsplatz und Galgenbergbrücke bauen wir den neuen, modernen Busbahnhof. MAXIMILIANSTRASSE SÜD In der Maximilianstrasse reduzieren wir die Flächen für den Autoverkehr. Das schafft Platz für Fußgänger, Radfahrer und einen besseren ÖPNV. Außerdem schonen wir so den wertvollen Baumbestand und machen das Bahnhofsumfeld grüner. FREI- UND GRÜNFLÄCHEN Die vorhandenen Grünflächen zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt bekommen durch kepler+ mehr Raum, die Verkehrsflächen werden kleiner.
