Heres the recipe for 2-3 servings: 2 cups oats 1/2 cup chopped almonds 1 tbsp coco oil -melted (ingredients by @rapunzel_naturkost) 3 tbsp maple syrup Pinch of salt and seasoning of your choice (vanilla,cinnamon,nutmeg etc.) Mix and place on a baking pan and let the mixture stick together (makes yummi crispy chunks after baking) Bake for 10 minutes at 100°C mix through and bake again for 10 minutes. Let cool. After baking add 1/2 cup of puffed quinoa and/or dried fruit like raisins. This was precisely the music that was going on in the background as we rolled out our orders last weekend. And guess what, it has only 3 ingredients and can be ready to eat in 5 mins! How do you like your toast? Id love to hear about and see your morning creations! Oft ist man leider negativ überrascht davon, wie viel Mist dort drin ist. 🥣Für Kinder, aber auch für viele Erwachsene, ist ein warmes Porridge, am besten Bio und/oder selbstgemischt, ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag. Angereichert mit frischen Früchten, Trockenobst, Nüssen, Frucht-& Nussmus ,(,z.B. Mandelmus, Apfelmus), Saaten, einer Prise Zimt oder Vanille auch noch so lecker. 🔁Wichtig finde ich auch die Vielfalt, damit man alle Nährstoffe aufnimmt. HOMEMADE STUFFED GARLIC BREAD What do you need? -3/4 tsp Yeast -2 tsp Sugar -1 1/2 cup Maida -1 tsp Salt -1 tsp Garlic Powder / Chopped Garlic -Water to knead a dough -2 tsp Oil -150 g Proccessed Cheese -6 Tbsp Boiled Corn -Small Capsicum Chopped lengthwise -1 tsp Garlic Powder / Chopped -1 tsp pizza masala -3 tbsp Melted Butter -Chilli Flakes, Oregano seasoning How to make? -In 5 and 1/2 tbsp lukewarm water, dissolve sugar and add yeast into it. mix and keep aside for 10 minutes untill frothy. -In a separate bowl take maida, garlic powder and salt. Add froth up yeast into this and knead dough. knead for 5 minutes. drizzle little oil and keep aside for 1 hour untill double in size. Atfer 1 hour puch it down. Make two roundels out of it. Roll and place cheese, garlic powder, boiled corn, capsicum and pizza masala on bottom of rolled dough. brush water on sides to stick. fold hald part. on top of it brush melted butter, sprikle chilli flakes and oregano seasoning over it. -If Making in cooker: Add 1 and 1/2 cups salt in cooker and heat it on low flame for 10 minutes. Take a plate with holes/base of cake tin. place butter paper over it and place garlic bread on it and make cut marks @ 1 inch distance. Bake it in cooker for 20 minutes on medium flame. And they use just a few SIMPLE ingredients 👏 Plus they’re loaded with natural protein, fiber, healthy fats and phytonutrients (PFFP) 🥳 Ingredients: 🍠3/4 cup sweet potato purée (I made mine by roasting and peeling a sweet potato and mashing it but you can buy this in a can or buy baby food) 🥞3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt (I used @siggisdairy 4% plain, cottage cheese should work as well) 🍠2 eggs, I used @vitalfarms 🥞1 cup rolled oats (I used @bobsredmill, quick oats work as well) 🍠Pinch of salt 🥞A few sprinkles of cinnamon Instructions: 1️⃣If you need to, roast or steam your sweet potato. 3/4 cup mashed is about one small-medium sweet potato. Remove the skin after it’s cooked, so you have a smoother pancake. 2️⃣Combine all your ingredients in a blender until you have a pretty smooth batter. Don’t overmix or the pancakes will be less fluffy. 3️⃣Heat a pan/skillet over medium heat with some cooking fat (I use coconut oil). 4️⃣Cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes a side, flip when the batter starts to bubble and they are firmer on the bottom. Should be a nice golden color when finished. Getting this outta my system this time! - After Shreddageddon, I never felt like I truly “went off the rails”, I never really had a cheat day. I had In N Out, then back to the diet. Two days later I had this, I had that, small things here and there and after a few months all my progress was lost and I was never satisfied and never felt like I got the cravings outta my system. Although this cut was short, it was successful and I don’t want to give up my progress again. I’m getting this outta my system today. - I haven’t had Taco Bell in over 6 years! Partially due to making better choices, mainly due to @superstephz’s gluten intolerance. Well, I went in today lol. 2 Mexican Pizzas, 2 Cheesy Gordita Crunch Supremes, 2 crunchy tacos, 1 bean burrito and 1 chalupa. Crushed it all with room to spare. I feel pretty disgusting, but I’m satisfied and because I feel kinda gross, I’m motivated to hop back on my diet ASAP. O que vão precisar para a base: 6 colheres de sopa de farinha de grão 8 colheres de sopa de água 1/2 cebola pequena picada Sal a gosto ( preto se quiserem um sabor mais parecido com o do ovo ) Coentros Azeite Vegetais ralados ( opcional ) Frigideira anti-aderente Tampa Numa taça juntar todos os ingredientes - excepto o azeite - podendo juntar vegetais ralados ( não usei nesta foto, mas uso normalmente ) , a consistência final é mais grossa do que ovos batidos mas não demasiado espessa! Numa frigideira anti-aderente podem colocar um pouco de azeite 👌🏻 deixam a massa cobrir totalmente o fundo da frigideira e tapam para que cozinhe perfeitamente , minutos depois basta virar e deixar cozinhar do outro lado já destapado. Esta solução é muito prática, rápida e serve perfeitamente para levar em marmitas ! 👌🏻 Quando no princípio deste ano decidi deixar totalmente os derivados ( ovos e queijo ) pensei que não ia aguentar muito sem uma bela omelete. Quick and instant Yellow Moong Dal Dosa ( NO RICE NO FLOUR) . Low carb dosa made with just 1 type of dal this time :)) Recipe: - 1cup yellow moong dal - 1green chilli - 1 inch ginger - 1 tsp turmeric powder - 1tsp chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida - 1/2 cup water ( plus extra for soaking) - salt to taste. Wash, rinse and soak the moong dal for atleast 4 hours. Drain the water, wash and drain again. Add the dal into blender with 1 green chill and 1inch ginger and blend ( no water required at this stage) Transfer the mixture into bowl and add turmeric powder, chilli powder, Asafoetida and salt . Add the water and mix it well. The dosa batter is ready. Heat a non stick pan and spread some batter into it to make crispy dosas. Mackerel stuffed coconut roti or Masroshi with a Sri Lankan twist [yeah, yeah it’s masroshi, not masroti 😂, I also thought it was typo when I first read about it 😂, Masroshi is a Maldivian snack]. We also made the healthier low carb option with roti made using coconut 🥥 flour 😍 One made with coconut flour is the winner 🎖 because it was fluffy and moist and blended with the flavors of the filling nicely 🤩🤩. Although it is a little tricky to make roti with coconut flour, totally worth it because of the taste and health benefits. When making roti with coconut flour, you need to use psyllium husk to get a good integrity 🙌🏻. Pork belly!! I love pork belly so much as its a fabulous juicy piece of meat that doesnt really need anything with it for dinner. I usually go to the Asian grocery and buy 4 pounds at a time. I split it into 1 pound servings. I cut the meat side with 2 inch diagonal cuts so the seasonjng gets down into the meat and season each one differently. Usually I use @kinderssauce but you do you! Ill do one with Master Salt, another with Buttery Steakhouse, and so on. I then vacuum seal them and place them in my @anovaculinary sous vide at 160degF for 36 hours. This renders the fat and keeps the meat so tender! When its done I let them cool and then freeze them. When Im ready for some pork belly, I thaw it in the fridge. At cook time I make a foil tray put the pork belly and all the yummy natural gelatin from in the bag on the tray (swipe to see). Then I score the skin and sprinkle it with a mixture of baking powder and @redmondrealsalt (discount code KETONINFEM) I make a little bottle with a 1:4 ratio so for example 1/4tsp baking powder and 3/4 tsp salt. I sprinkle this on the dried off skin and let it sit a bit. The longer the better really .. a few hours doesnt hurt as it dries the skin out so it crisps up easier. Then into the air fryer for 25-30 minutes (or until the skin is crispy crispy! Then we just cut it in half and eat! You can serve it with fried cheese, broccoli, cauliflower or brussel sprouts tossed in the air fryer too! Easy simple dinner full of yummy flavor and the pork is SUPER tender and juicy. I added all of this to my highlights too for reference or just hit save on this post! Since I make all 4 at once in the sous vide, dinner time just involves me tossing one in the air fryer for a bit. When we eat it we start on the meat side and work our way to the crispy meat cracker that is the crispy skin and top meat layer. Its AMAZING. RECETA. Y hablando de uvas, una de mis elaboraciones favoritas de «100 Recetas de pan de pueblo». . El término «harinosa» (y variantes como «harinado», «farinosa» o «farinada») suele hacer referencia a bollos y empanadas cuyo relleno más básico consiste en un puñado de harina con un poco de aceite y azúcar. En algunas zonas vinícolas, en época de vendimia se aprovecha la uva para crear una empanadilla dulce que es la máxima expresión de la estacionalidad y del paisaje. Como suele suceder, para esta elaboración se partía tradicionalmente de masa de pan que se enriquecía con grasa y azúcar. El sabor alucinante del relleno te recuerda que la uva es una baya. Se espolvorea un poco de harina por encima de la uva para evitar que chorree el delicioso almíbar que se crea durante la cocción. La lo cu ra. Si no tienes masa de pan, añade todos los ingredientes juntos de vez. Sí, puedes cambiar las grasas por las que más te gusten. Receta en la 3ª foto. MÉTODO Para la masa de pan, amasa todos los ingredientes y déjala fermentar al menos 5 horas (la puedes dejar fermentar 2 horas y guardarla en la nevera hasta el día siguiente). Mezcla todos los ingredientes con la masa de pan previa y trabájalo en el bol; será una masa un poco pegajosa al principio. Amásala sobre la mesa unos 3 o 4 minutos, hasta que quede fina. Deja reposar la masa 1 hora para que se relaje. Divide en porciones de unos 100 g y boléalas. Déjalas reposar 15 minutos y estíralas con el rodillo, formando con cada bola un disco de unos 15 cm de diámetro. Coloca un puñado de uvas en cada disco de masa (la cantidad exacta dependerá del tamaño de la uva); hay que dejar un borde de unos 2 o 3 cm para poder cerrar la empanada. Espolvorea un poco de harina sobre las uvas. Cierra las empanadillas y haz un repulgo en todo el borde, sellando bien la masa para evitar que se escape el líquido en la cocción. Pincela con huevo batido un poco rebajado con agua (para evitar que cojan mucho color) y espolvorea con azúcar. Cuece unos 15 minutos con el horno a 210 °C, calor arriba y abajo, sin vapor ni ventilador (o a 190 ºC con ventilador). Apaga el horno y dejar las harinosas dentro otros 5 minutos más. Homemade Granola Bars (#Vegan #glutenfree) These days it’s seems my growing boys are even MORE hungry and snacking every second, especially since they are at home more with their #hybrid school schedule. There are definitely a few good granola/protein bars on the market today with healthy ingredients, but I thought I would my hand at making my own. My oldest son often asks me to buy the not-so-healthy options he’s seen at the grocery store, and I knew these could be an excellent substitution. These bars are full of #fiber #goodfat #omega3s and vitamins and minerals and are SO filling. I often grab a piece myslef as part of my lunch or a delish afternoon #pickmeup ! Feel free to add in your favorite nuts, seeds and butters. Mine are below. Pack them for weekend trips or to fuel sports games. You can store in the fridge for a week or the freezer for even longer! These have been a huge hit in my house. Let me know what you think! Ingredients 1 3/4 cup oats, blended in food processor 1.5 cups nuts and seeds (3/4 cup cashews, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/4 cup pistachios, 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds) 2 Tbsp chia seeds 2 Tbsp ground flax 1/4 cup chopped dates 1 cup nut butter (mixed nut, peanut butter) 3 Tbsp maple syrup 2 Tbsp coconut oil 1 Tbsp almond milk 3/4 cup chocolate chips 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp cinnamon Directions: Blend oats, nuts and dates using a food processor. I did the oats, then the nuts/seeds/dates. Add all blended ingredients to a bowl. Mix in the remaining ingredients. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Press the mixture into the pan and smooth it out. I just used a spoon. Place in refrigerator for one hour. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Slice and enjoy! - @robinbarrie on Instagram

🍋🍋Blueberry and lemon sheet pancakes 🍋🍋 This morning when I got up I couldnt understand why M and her Daddy hadnt had breakfast already... Then I remembered its become a weekend tradition to have pancakes! I decided to try out the blueberry and lemon variety from @lukeledlife this week and they went down very well. Served with more blueberries, banana and milled flaxseed. Lunch was peanut butter on toast, sugar snap peas, tomatoes, cheese and Greek yoghurt with prune puree. Dinner was a vegetarian sausage tray bake which was a great one pot Sunday dinner alternative. We all really enjoyed it. My absolute 🙌fav🙌 meal from home is Sadza rezviyo (Millet), it just claps a special way... 📷 and recipe from @zimbokitchen here recipes are my go to especially because I dont always know the English name for some of my faves and my grandmother isnt on WhatsApp 😂 Recipe is as follows: 1) With your pot ready, put about 150g of the finger millet into the pot. Add just enough cold water to make a paste then add the boiling water (700ml) and stir whilst on the stove top and bring it to the boil. (If it seems too thick you may add more boiling water. If it seems too thin, make a paste again in a separate plate then pour it into the pot) As soon as it starts boiling, close pot, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, add the remaining finger millet a bit at a time, mixing well after each addition. In shona we call this kumona sadza. Close the pot and let it simmer again (kushinyira) for 5 minutes and your sadza rezviyo is ready. Got my @marigoldbars fall pack yesterday and couldnt wait to try the new ones!! So, oatmeal cookie first. Absolutely delicious base bar, huge hunks of cranberries, which I could honestly take or leave. But this tastes like an oatmeal cookie for sure. Nice little pop of cinnamon, good oat flavor, 7.5/10, next time use chocolate chips and its a 9. Almond mocha crunch was about like the espresso bar. Very coffee forward, nice little pop of chocolate, not much from the almonds though. Id give it a 7, but prefer the espresso bar. Gingerbread was the most anticipated for me out of them all because I love gingerbread and man does this thing deliver. Its SPICY in the best way possible. I feel like I wanna put royal icing on it. I really liked it, 8/10. Great job as always, Marigold! As far as ingredients, yall know how I feel about them. Squeaky clean ingredients, soft chewy texture, great customer service, stupid fast shipping. Theyre also pretty low TOTAL carb as far as bars go, if thats your bag. This is a question I’m asked a lot! . Here’s the thing, there is no universal ‘normal’ portion size. How much food your toddler needs will depend on so many different things (think teething, growth spurts etc), and will vary from day to day. One of the most unhelpful things we can do is compare portion sizes and food intake with other kids, because what each toddler eats will be individual to them. . So, how much food should we serve? Well, for *most* toddlers larger portions of food can be overwhelming, and they respond better when given small amounts of food which can be topped up as needed. But on the flip side (because there’s almost always a flip side), some kids do prefer to be given larger portions initially, and may even become upset or anxious if they feel they don’t have enough food on their plate. It’s a very individual thing. . It’s typically a good idea to begin with the start small/top up approach and as your toddler grows you’ll likely become familiar with what their typical intake is, and can adjust accordingly if you want to. But even then, it will likely change often. For us, Zayne generally responds better when I serve him larger portions at the start of the meal. But that’s just what works for HIM. So, if you serve your toddler ¼ of what you see me serve Zayne that is okay! Or if your toddler wants you to serve more, that is also okay - it’s all about whatever works on a personal level! . Das brauchst du für 6 große Pfannkuchen🗒: ▫️1,5 EL Sojamehl/Ei-Ersatz+120ml Sprudelwasser ▫️350ml Sojamilch ▫️75g vegane Pflanzenmargarine (sehr weich!) ▫️160g Dinkelmehl ▫️2 TL Rohrohrzucker ▫️1 Prise Salz ▫️Kokosfett/-öl für die Pfanne (ergibt den angenehm leichten Kokosgeschmack) ▫️Kokosraspel und Puderzucker zum Bestreuen ▫️Marmelade, Schokoaufstrich, Apfelmus, frisches Obst zum Füllen . I was craving a cheesecake and finally baked one! I made up the recipe somehow, based it on 5 or 6 other recipes I read. The bottom is @lotusbiscoffuk cookies, the cheese is made out of cashews, coconut milk, and some @alpro yogurt. I made it creamy in my beloved @nutribullet, added lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and corn starch. Baked it all with fresh blueberries. Served with blueberry cream (the leftover of the cheese batter with blueberries). Habe ich zum ersten Mal so gesehen im Müller 😍 ✅ Geschmack: an sich echt angenehm, vor allem im Kaffee. Hat einen leicht nussigen Geschmack und liegt irgendwo zwischen Hafermilch und echter Milch. Das fand ich ziemlich krass. Dachre im ersten Moment, ich hab aus Müdigkeit die richtige Milch genommen 😂 Im Kaffee ☕ auf jeden Fall sehr lecker ✅ Zutaten: kann man denke ich nichts gegen sagen. 4 Zutaten und kein Zucker enthalten, eben sehr natürlich. Ansonsten auch noch #glutenfrei ✅ Nährwerte: auch die sind super. Sogar deutlich besser als viele Hafermilch. 29kcal pro 100ml gehen echt klar ✅ Preis: noch im machbaren. But ALA should not be depended on for the only source Omega-3s as dogs and cats must consume EPA & DHA as they do not convert ALA. ~ Essential Vitamins & Minerals: Sunflower seeds & almonds are great sources of vitamin E, brazil nuts are very high in selenium, and pine nuts are high in manganese and zinc. Predlog za ručak : Pita sa tikvicama i prosom 😋 *Priprema* Vrću tikvicu (oko 600g) iseckati, pomešati sa 50g kuvanog prosa i ostaviti da se ocedi. Za to vreme umutiti 4 jaja sa pola kesice praška za pecivo, 200ml jogurta i 3 kašike maslinovog ulja. U ovu smesu dodati 100g lanenog brašna i vode odokativno, da ne bude previse gusta smesa. Dodati tikvice i proso i izmešati sve varjačom. Peći na pek papiru u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni 40ak minuta na 250°c (ovo sve zavisi od sporeta, pa proveravajte češće). Lemon Coconut French Toast 🍋🥥🍞⠀ ⠀ This perfectly sweet brunch just puts the cherry (or lemon 😉) on top of a Sunday morning (or afternoon 😉) ⠀ ⠀ Recipe 👇🏼(serves 2) -1 cup almond milk ⠀ -1 tsp flaxseed meal⠀ -1/2 tsp baking powder ⠀ -1/2 tsp cinnamon ⠀ -2 tsp maple syrup ⠀ -1 tsp lemon extract ⠀ -1 tbsp coconut shreds ⠀ -1/2 tsp lemon zest ⠀ -1-2 tbsp @lakanto monk fruit sweetener ⠀ -6 @foodforlifebaking Ezekiel Bread (toasted)⠀ -1 tbsp @earthbalance vegan butter ⠀ ⠀ Directions:⠀ 1.In a large and steep bowl add all ingredients except bread. Mix and taste to see if it’s sweet enough or just right for you. Add more sweetener if needed.⠀ 2.In a medium pan add 1 tbsp of vegan butter and turn heat on medium. Allow butter to melt just a bit.⠀ 3.Take your toast and dip into mix 5-10 seconds on each side. Add to pan and cook for about 1-2 minutes on each side.
