Un constructor de sueños de marca mayor El niño Dairo Jair Rosero Leyton, de 10 años, hijo de una familia campesina de la vereda La Cafelina, en El Tambo (Nariño), se encontraba gravemente enfermo por cuenta de una afección denominada púrpura fulminante, que afecta tanto sus extremidades superiores como inferiores. Buscando ayuda, los humildes padres supieron de un policía que en Santander auxiliaba a niños con discapacidad. Se trataba del mayor Rubén Darío Berrío Buitrago, creador de la campaña ‘Construyendo Sueños’, con la cual ganó el premio de la Noche de la Excelencia Policial 2017 en la categoría Policía más Humana y fue segundo a nivel nacional en todas las categorías. Tras conocer el drama de Dairo, el mayor emprendió una colecta para conseguirle unas prótesis, completando de su propio bolsillo para adquirirlas. Desde entonces, el pequeño puede realizar actividades cotidianas que antes le resultaban imposibles. A otros dos niños santandereanos, Carlitos y Santiago, con malformación congénita en sus extremidades superiores, también les cambió la vida con ayuda similar. Envió a Carlitos, de 7 años, a Bogotá y con el apoyo de ganaderos logró que le hicieran una prótesis como la de su personaje favorito: Iron Man. Y el mismo día en que Carlitos lloraba de felicidad por tan preciado regalo, le preguntaron al mayor si era posible hacer lo mismo con Santiago, de 5 años. Sin dudarlo, golpeó las puertas de la empresa privada y le consiguió la prótesis. Su compromiso con la comunidad lo ha llevado incluso a adquirir tres mulares para que se transporten niños del colegio de la vereda Aguas Claras; a amoblarle la casa a una familia de escasos recursos e incluso a crear el primer Comedog del municipio de Cimitarra, para alimentar a perros y gatos abandonados en las calles. El mayor, cuya labor la apoyan hasta niños que le ofrecen sus alcancías, nació el 14 de junio de 1982 en Chinchiná (Caldas). Está casado con la señora Lina Marcela Pascuas y es padre de Laura Alejandra, María José y Rubén Darío. बड़ी खबर: ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस और RC रखने की टेंशन आज से खत्म, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक दस्तावेज होंगे मान्य यदि आप वाहन चालक हैं या आपके पास गाड़ी है तो यह आपके लिए जरूरी खबर है। गाड़ी से जुड़े जरूरी दस्तावेजों को हमेशा साथ रखने के नियम में आज से अहम बदलाव हो रहे हैं। सरकार ने ड्राइवरों के उत्पीड़न को रोकने और डिजिटाइजेशन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सेंट्रल मोटर वीकल रूल्स, 1989 में संशोधन किए हैं। अब गाड़ी की आरसी, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस जैसे दस्तावेजों की मूल कॉपी साथ रखना जरूरी नहीं होगा। इनकी डिजिटल प्रतियों को दिखाकर काम हो सकेगा। आइए जानते हैं, नियमों में हुए हैं क्या बदलाव… 🔺 गाड़ी के दस्तावेजों का फिजिकल वेरिफिकेशन जरूरी नहीं: वाहन से जुड़े सभी दस्तावेजों की डिजिटल प्रतियों को स्वीकार किया जा सकेगा। किसी भी जांच के लिए उनके फिजिकल फॉर्म में मौजूद होने की जरूरत नहीं है। यह नियम उस स्थिति में भी लागू होगा, जब किसी अपराध की स्थिति में इन दस्तावेजों को जब्त करने की जरूरत हो। इसके अलावा ई-चालान भी सरकार के डिजिटल पोर्टल पर मुहैया कराए जाएंगे ताकि नियमों का उल्लंघन करने वाले उसके बारे में पूरी जानकारी हासिल कर सकें। 🔺 लाइसेंस अमान्य होने की स्थिति में क्या होगा: यदि ऐसी स्थिति आती है कि ड्राइवर के लाइसेंस को अमान्य किए जाने की जरूरत है तो यह प्रक्रिया भी डिजिटल ही होगी। अथॉरिटीज की ओर से इसकी रिपोर्ट डिजिटल पोर्टल को की जाएगी। वहां ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस का ब्योरा अपडेट करते हुए उसे अमान्य कर दिया जाएगा। नए नियमों में इस बात का भी प्रावधान किया गया है कि गाड़ी चलाते समय सिर्फ रूट नेविगेशन (रास्ता देखने के लिए) के लिए हाथ में मोबाइल या इसके जैसे डिवाइस का इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है, लेकिन यह भी सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि ड्राइवर का ध्यान न भटके. हालांकि, ड्राइविंग के दौरान फोन पर बात करने की छूट नहीं है, यानी पहले की तरह 1 अक्टूबर से भी ड्राइविंग करते समय मोबाइल से बात करने पर एक हजार से पांच हजार रुपये तक जुर्माना लग सकता है. सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने बयान में कहा, सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ने मोटर वीइकल रूल्स 1989 में किए गए विभिन्न संशोधनों के बारे में अधिसूचना जारी की है, जिसमें मोटर वीइकल रूल्स की बेहतर निगरानी और क्रियान्वयन के लिए 1 अक्टूबर 2020 से पोर्टल के माध्यम से वाहन संबंधी दस्तावेज और ई-चालान का रखरखाव किया जा सकेगा. - @prayagrajbeats on Instagram
