The visceral response provoked by the light and audio along with reflections of one’s self viewed ad infinitum aimed to playfully warp ones sense of time and space. CRYOtherapy 101 Why is the temperature of a cryo session so extreme? We use cold to elicit beneficial physiological reactions in the body. Your bodys response to cold depends on 3 factors: - the temperature gradient between the skin and the cold source - the surface of exposure - the medium Air transmits heat poorly, compared to water and, especially, ice. This is why an ice bath feels very uncomfortable while the cryochamber does not. This is why whole body cryotherapy REQUIRES much lower temperatures and exposure of more skin surface area to compensate for the poor transmission. Otherwise, the treatment will not deliver the expected results. WBC really is the best combination of the above factors, as it is EFFECTIVE, yet BRIEF and quite COMFORTABLE. So many unfamiliar faces. And then 💥 @thetypennington !! Hi!! So fun to see you in one of my installations😄 You helped inspire my interest in carpentry and how those skills can help take an old thing and make it new again. Growing up, I loved Trading Spaces and admired just how much you all were able to do for just $1000! Though, we all know it’s really the labor that’s the most expensive part, right? And is it worth it? Take for example the Rainbow Cave: it took us over 30 hours to sort the massive bales of discarded plastic bags (that were on their way to being recycled by @indigoplastics ). It took another 50 hours to flip all the bags inside out to hide the labels. And we’re not even talking about the time it took to pull each individual bag through it’s eye in the salvaged fishing nets we used for the armature and then to install each heavy square in the space. I could have easily just bought new white bags for a fraction of the cost it took me to pay all of my assistants. But what fun would that be? And from where would I conjure up the sense of satisfaction? . . These images are all crowdsourced from my ‘tagged’ IG feed. I’ve tagged back each image so you all can find the original post and read about these people’s experiences in the Rainbow Cave. These two caves were installed at @arcadiaearth and @1hotels . Некоторое время назад команда ИП Белоусова отправилась в двухдневное исследование пещеры мокруша, была проведена подготовка лично состава и собрано необходимое оборудование. В верхний зал можно попасть без особого снаряжения и опыта, но обязательно наличие каски Нижний зал находится на глубине 27м (8 этажей) от зала холла, где нам удалось поплавать на сапе в пещерном озере. When this set-up came to fruition I was ecstatic. Influenced by @stricty_fxs use of lasers on Justin Timberlakes Man of the Woods Tour (2018/2019). Check out the many videos of Suit & Tie from this tour on YouTube to understand exactly what I was going for. With some assistance and guidance from the amazing team at @xlaserUSA, we were able to mimic this look in our humble warehouse. Enter @Jarrod_Gipson to perform his track Complicated, @mckenleyh32 to program the rig, and @storyteller_creative to film it all. In the footsteps of Newtons efforts to combine alchemy with mechanics, the artwork tries to bring digital and alchemy together, portraying human control over nature through computer-machine interaction. The person who experiences the work controls the elements that build up the essence of matter. In Polen hat sie sich bereits einen Namen gemacht mit unkonventionellen musikalischen Interpretationen klassischer Texte: Zusammen mit dem Komponisten Karol Nepelski adaptierte sie beispielsweise das Versepos BENIOWSKI des polnischen Romantikers und Nationaldichters Juliusz Słowacki über einen berühmten Abenteurer des 18. Jahrhunderts unter Verwendung des originalen Textes als schillerndes und packendes Pop-Musical.
