Throughout my life I have done many things that I’m not proud of. From the way I have treated others, to the way that I have acted by letting my insecurities and doubts about myself get the best of me. Because of this, jealousy began to brew in my heart and friendships that I once had and cared about ended. Through social media I was able to put up this front of “Perfection” when in all actuality I was never perfect to begin with. The reason why I am writing about this is because during my time off of social media I was able to reencounter God and His love for me. From that I was able to see others and myself through His eyes. I realized that the way that I acted and treated others was not a reflection of God’s love whatsoever. I also realized that despite all of the wrongdoings that I did GOD STILL LOVED ME. (Side note: whatever wrong you have done in your life GOD LOVES YOU REGARDLESS. If he didn’t love you why would He send down His son JESUS to die for you and your sins? Think about it.) So from that point on I asked Him to forgive me and to make my heart like His so that I can begin to LOVE on others just as He truly loves us. For anyone I have hurt I’m so sorry for ever making you feel less than. I just want to say that YOU ARE WORTH MORE THAN ANYTHING ON THIS EARTH, YOU MATTER, and YOUR LIFE HAS MEANING AND A PURPOSE. ALLOW GOD TO GROW IN RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU, BECAUSE HE TRULY JUST WANTS THE BEST FOR YOU ALL ❤️ Jesus has really turned my life upside down For the Good. FINALLY, I published the entire “Sip ’n’ Slurp” eBook during the pandemic. . I still cannot believe this project finally came to light. . It is hard to imagine that this epidemic has changed so many lives and create frustration but also hope. For me, the experience was very negative in the beginning. I had a lot of self-doubts, which didn’t serve my mental state well. I got better after a few months of locking myself in the flat, but it still takes time to adjust. Not until my cousin suggested me to write a memoir about my journey did I release that I already wrote a book three years ago. I just never had the time to fine-tune it or taking it too seriously to publish. Now I feel relieved and more confident with what I am capable of. . I received so much help and support in-between the publishing and I would like to shout a big “THANK YOU!” . @weecoffeehen @philwbass @mat_north @emilieforsythe @jinchunchao @hazel_choc @samconnnn @p.aulhoey @britts_jones .
