Mike Noga played drums with The Drones for 10 years. He recorded Gala Mill, Havilah and I See Seaweed with us and toured like mad all over the world. We shared tonnes of good times, lotsa bad times, sad, rad and glad times. 10 years of full time touring and general band shenanigans is a lot to try and remember and its a lot to try to take in now he’s suddenly gone. He was a funny bastard and always up for silly shit and mischief. And he could play the fuck out of the drums. Our hearts go out to his family, it must be an unbearable loss.
