- Whats a relationship?
Trust. Its something which is needed in every sort of relationships. Its vital for it to work out I think. You need to trust someone to have a solid foundation of a relationship. Lets speak about trust and romantic relationships. Its a whole other topic for me and its something that I thought Id speak about. When it comes to relationships in a romantic way, its something which I struggle with alot. Whenever I think about this, it feels like an impossible task. Im always so afraid that I wont ever be able to trust someone in a romantic way. It already takes me alot and a long period of time to trust the majority of people. Due to the amount of time it takes me to trust others, Ive had people leave me because of that. One of my fears is that people would leave me in a relationship because of how long it takes me to trust. Ill do a whole post on my fears when it comes to relationship. I find it impossible to trust guys. For me, Ive always had horrible experiences with them so this has put me off relationships. For the time being, its put me off having relationships. Heal... The vibe of the world right now is that we should be taking time out to become introspective, quieten the mind, reassess and slow down. I dont know about you but Im currently in overdrive with my feelings and thoughts. So much so that Ive actually stopped writing. This is not a bad thing. This is not writers block. This is me processing everything in and around me. Perhaps, this is what healing looks like. Healing is like a puzzle (a damn hard one at that) strewn across the floor. Your driving force is the end result on the box. Some days youre super motivated and make great progress. Some days youre not, preferring just to cry. And some days you want to set that puzzle alight because results seem so far out of reach. Consumed with the countless starts and stops, little by little, it actually begins to take shape. Abstract becomes concrete. Reality shapes into tangibles. So in essence what Im trying to say is that its work, possibly the hardest and revealing and confronting Ive ever known - but Im ready. Were, collectively, stepping into a new consciousness whether we like it or not. All I ask from this universe is to give me the space to understand, the love to nurture my journey and the strength to work through healing old wounds and wounds yet to come because believe me the heart lives by breaking and going into the dark is a necessary evil.
