You’ll need: 2 salmon filets 2 small zucchini, diced 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced in half 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp paprika 2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 lemon 1. Season your salmon by combining paprika, pepper, and 1 tsp salt. Sprinkle evenly over both sides. 2. Combine diced zucchini, cherry tomato, 1 tbsp olive oil, and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Set aside. 3. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in your Ninja™ Foods™ NeverStick™ skillet over hot heat until bubbly, but not smoking. 4. Place salmon in pan, skin side up, and cook 2-3 minutes until golden. Flip. 5. Add zucchini mixture to the pan. Squeeze half of lemon over everything. 6. Immediately transfer entire skillet to an oven that is preheated to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 7. Cook for about 10 minutes, or until the internal temp of the salmon is 165 and zucchini is tender. 8.
