I even tend to eat when I’m bored, especially or when I’m sad. . After i eat, it doesn’t make me feel any better but fat at the moment because i know i ate too much. . When i do that, the way i fix it is run more miles the next day. . Eating from your emotions is not good though. . We must channel our feelings in a good way instead. . Go to the gym and workout. . Go take a walk or walk your dog. . Find an activity that you can do to get your mind off eating. . You don’t want your emotions to control your diet. . You need to learn to control your diet yourself. . If you can control your diet and stick to what you’re body needs instead of what it wants, that’s half the battle. .
