While Im at it - 1️⃣Heavy lifting is not necessary to maximizing muscle growth 2️⃣Squats are not needed to maximize leg development 3️⃣Its silly to perform more than 10-12 sets per muscle group per workout when working within 1-2 reps to failure on each set (99% of the time) 4️⃣Performing bench press and incline and decline press in the same workout is a waste of time and likely increases recovery time for training chest again 5️⃣Anyone using BFR training as a sole approach to muscle building doesnt know what theyre doing 6️⃣Running is not the best form of cardio to perform when leg growth is a priority due to the likely increases in muscle damage hindering inter-exercise recovery but is amazing for getting shredded 7️⃣Cardio before lifting has a greater potential to decrease gains than cardio after lifting, although in an ideal situation cardio is performed 4 hours following a workout, especially if legs is trained 8️⃣Training a body region once per week will get you gains, but it will likely plateau and higher training frequencies with REDUCED volume per session will be needed to reach the next phase of muscle growth ‼️‼️What are your thoughts on any of these comments?
