As a family member of someone having surgery....waiting... the anxious pit in the stomach, lack of full breath, and sweating palms is only a fraction of what the operative patient feels. This morning in a orthopedic surgery the nurse in care did not know what a physical therapist was after my dad introduced me. Being on this side of the care team with minimal control is not fun. As a physical therapist, I want to avoid this scenario for as many people as I can. A large reason why I do what I do, and do not work in a traditional PT setting is because of my dad. His physical therapist did not have the time to treat him effectively, and had too big of an ego to think that he may be missing something. He told my dad 7 years ago that surgery was the only thing that would help him. I don’t and didnt agree then. With that harmful communication it’s slowly but surely has impacted his lifestyle, quality of life, and longevity. As a health care practitioner, especially a PT be careful what you say, because it can result in the fear avoidance behavior and contribute to the disability I am dealing with today. I am thankful for his current care team and the skill of those currently, but if it was handled correctly at the initial time of injury I don’t think we would be here today. - @limitlessphysicaltherapy on Instagram

Ahmad) Namun tentu saja, untuk menjadi sebaik-baik pasukan dan sebaik-baik pemimpin yang disebutkan dalam hadits ini tidak mudah. Meskipun, tidak mudah bukan berarti mustahil. Maka dimulailah berbagai upaya membebaskan ibukota byzantium ini. Mulai dari pengepungan di era Muawiyah (yang dipimpin oleh Yazid bin Muawiyah), pengepungan yang di era khalifah Sulaiman bin Abdul Malik, di era Murad I pun (sultan utsmani yang membentuk pasukan elit yeniseri) dilakukan pengepungan terhadap kota konstantinopel. Namun ternyata, pada 1394 ketika manuel menjadi kaisar ia menolak untuk membayar jizyah. Maka Sultan Beyazid I pun mengerahkan pasukannya untuk mengepung konstantinopel. Namun, usaha ini pun gagal karena timurlang (keturunan gengis khan) berhasil mengalahkan Sultan Beyazid I di pertempuran ankara. Berlanjut ke era Murad II, yang juga melakukan pengepungan kota konstantinopel. Namun lagi lagi tembok konstantinopel masih gagah berdiri. Hingga, pada 29 mei 1453. Setelah 54 hari mengepung konstantinopel. Setelah membombardir tembok konstantinopel dengan 69 meriam. Setelah eibuan peluru meriam ditembakkan ke arah tembok pertahanan. Setelah 400 kapal yang terus berusaha menembus pertahanan laut kota. Setelah 250.000 pasukan (dengan berbagai jenis) menyerang silih berganti. Tak ketinggalan juga dukungan para ulama, pembawa logistik, pandai besi, pembuat meriam. Serta yang paling menentukan, kuasa Allah Subhanahu Wataala. Konstantinopel pun dibebaskan oleh turki utsmani dibawah kepemimpinan Sultan Mehmed II. Setelah berada dibawah kekuasaan kekaisaran romawi selama lebih dari 1.100 tahun.
