I miss @theshopgym so much. I miss powerlifting so much. But this is another chance for me to better myself, physically and mentally. Still have my eyes set on being at the top, and I know that @kairossbach will help me get there but when things are out of control I just need to do my job of staying active and patient, until he can work his magic again. Just some videos from today’s at home workout using 60lb of rice and a suitcase as my makeshift dumbbell for my RDLs, hamstring curls, hip thrusts, and face pulls.
