I saw in her face the confusion before she managed to say โis your weight loss intentional?โ After reassuring her it was, she sent in my pcp. I was so nervous to tell him that I started keto because I wasnโt sure what he would say or think. Not only was he so supportive and understanding, but told me that he did keto years ago and it was a wonderful experience for him.
