I always say, try to replace the words “good food” with “more nourishing food” or “more nutrient dense food.” Try to replace the words “bad foods” with “fun foods”. It might seem childish at first but it helps. It also takes time to feel comfortable to address our friends and families, who are “concerned” with our bodies and health. And I wouldn’t call it concerned trolling like the strangers online do, I think it does come from love. And sometimes it might stem from their own disordered eating habits, and body image that they themselves learned from family as well. You have every right to shut the conversation down and change the subject. Remember 👉🏽 One meal, one day, or a few bad days, doesn’t make you a bad person. It doesn’t make you “unhealthy”. Learn how to bounce back from the mentality and also know that it’s okay to eat “fun foods” and it’s okay to miss a workout. My question is that despite the fact that this is so incredibly disrespectful and inaccurate, why do you think it’s okay to compare fucking CATTLE to living breathing humans who were marked for extermination?? Cows aren’t being gassed in chambers or forced to do backbreaking labour or are discriminated against for existing and I’m actually laughing while writing this lmaoo because it’s just so fucking ridiculous to say but apparently it needs to be said because some people can’t comprehend it.
