⛔️LIKE AND SHARE ⛔️ .. On this day, marks 1 year since I took that wave, a wave of a lifetime. Swipe left to see to best shots.I remember of dreaming to catch someday one of those monster in Teahupoo. I am grateful to have an entry for the @wsl XXL ride of the year but unfortunately not been nominated. Congrats to all the nominees 🤙🏽 That wave made me realize how sketchy the world of surfing is, it is not the same anymore .. Today I feel like I was only a character who was making the show for the channel .. everything is coming virtual, where views and likes matters, where social media take over potential or simply where business took over the sport. THAT IS SO SAD. On this wave I put my life in a real challenge, SURVIVE OR DIE ?! If your name doesn’t please to the world you are worth NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. You could make all the miracle you will stay NOTHING. We do not get what we deserve that’s for sure. A lot of surfers are taking risks, wasting money, wasting time or giving everything they have to achieve their goals in this world but we all know how 90% of them will not make it. We all know that views and likes matters and how you act on social media matters more. That’s just DISGUSTING. A lot of Talented surfers gave up because of that. I got a huge respect for those who succeeded, especially my Tahitians friends because we all know how hard it is for us to make a name in this world. Today I consider myself lucky for everything the surf bring into my life, I thank the lord, my family, my sponsors, everyone who supported me but today I will only surf (i mean FOIL 🤣) for the love of this sport.
