PSA: Ive always thought that Id be a lot happier if I could take IG off my phone forever and use it only on my desktop computer. (Instagram doesnt give you an option to post photos from a computer so I couldnt.) I was complaining about this in an earlier post and someone gave me a very easy, free way to get around it. Basically you just switch your browser to a mobile view. Im posting from my computer right now! Its a game changer! Im sharing the instructions here for anyone else who struggles with their relationship to this app and doesnt want to walk around with it in their pocket all day long. These are instructions for safari but you can find them for chrome too. Thank you @mrphilipkennedy! 1. Open up Safari. 2. Click on Safari in the menu bar. 3. Go to Preferences, then Advanced. 4. At the very bottom youll see an option called See Develop menu in menu bar. 5. Youll see a brand new entry in the menu bar called Develop. Click on it to open. 6. Now select User Agent then select Safari - iPhone. 7. This will switch the site to a mobile view and should give an option to upload a photo. - @carsonellis on Instagram

This if the first photo of me drumming at 13/14 in the early 90’s. I was in a band before I even touched an instrument, me and my brother just decided that’s what we were gonna do, and we just picked up and got on with it. I remember this photo being taken by my friend @rob.franks who at 13 was a great drummer already and gave us some musical clout. Everything I’ve done in my life since this day has started feet first, on the job, in at the deep end, and I feel fortunate I started so young with this mentality.
