At 40, Franz Kafka (1883-1924), who never married and had no children, walked through the park in Berlin when he met a girl who was crying because she had lost her favourite doll. She and Kafka searched for the doll unsuccessfully. Kafka told her to meet him there the next day and they would come back to look for her. The next day, when they had not yet found the doll, Kafka gave the girl a letter written by the doll saying please dont cry. I took a trip to see the world. I will write to you about my adventures. Thus began a story which continued until the end of Kafkas life. During their meetings, Kafka read the letters of the doll carefully written with adventures and conversations that the girl found adorable. Finally, Kafka brought back the doll (he bought one) that had returned to Berlin. It doesnt look like my doll at all, said the girl. Kafka handed her another letter in which the doll wrote: my travels have changed me. the little girl hugged the new doll and brought her happy home. A year later Kafka died. Many years later, the now-adult girl found a letter inside the doll. In the tiny letter signed by Kafka it was written: Everything you love will probably be lost, but in the end, love will return in another way. Suka ilustrasi untuk cerpen Bapak di Jawa Pos 22/12/2019. Cerpen ini saya olah dari wawancara saya dengan seorang waria di Timor, tahun 2015. Dulu dimaksudkan untuk menjadi skripsi, tetapi gagal. Menjadi novel, juga gagal dan tinggal draft. Ceritanya sempat menjadi salah satu episode dalam novel Orang-Orang Oetimu, tetapi melenceng terlalu jauh dan dikeluarkan. Timor adalah salah satu tempat yang keras untuk para waria. Olokan dan hinaan adalah pemandangan yang biasa – mereka sangat umum menjadi bahan tertawaan. Penganiayaan sering mereka alami. Saat SMA, saya pernah melihat sekelompok polisi menghina dan memukuli beberapa waria yang berdansa di tempat pesta. Jangankan waria, hampir tidak ada tempat untuk laki-laki yang bergerak dengan tangan melambai. Kemayu. Laki-laki yang melambai kadang dipukuli oleh kawan-kawannya, dengan alasan agar berubah menjadi “laki-laki sejati”. Bahkan di tempat pendidikan seperti seminari, banyak romo (yang seperti Gereja, sangat patriarkat), tidak akan masalah jika ada anak kemayu yang dipukuli. “Biar menjadi laki-laki”. (Seorang teman pernah berkata: “Banyak kok Romo Katolik yang gay”. Saya kira itu sedikit mustahil terjadi di Timor. Mungkin satu dari seribu. Sebab, sejak seminari menengah, jika ketahuan bahwa kau gay, kau akan dipukuli sampai setengah mampus oleh kawan-kawanmu dan dikirim pulang tanpa biaya. Masalah besar seksualitas pada pemimpin Gereja di Timor saya kira bukan homoseks, tetapi bagaimana beberapa romo akan diam-diam membujuk dan meniduri anak-anak SMA atau OMK binaannya atas nama cinta – saya sudah menyinggung sedikit di Orang-Orang Oetimu). Saya mengubah sedikit dari hasil wawancara lama ini menjadi cerpen; sesudah makan malam dan diskusi panjang setengah mabuk tentang gender bersama Eman Soge, Hanna Fricke, Santoso dan Diana di Prinsenstraat, Leiden. Marie-Antoinette y fit aménager des espaces plus intimes, avec le Hameau. On la voit dans ce dessin aspirer à une vie familiale privée et apaisée, dans un havre de paix et de verdure. Le Hameau est un lieu de promenade et de réception très apprécié de Marie-Antoinette qui aime se retirer à lécart de la cour. Il s’inscrit dans le goût du retour à la nature, grande tendance de la fin du XVIIIème siècle. D’apparence rustiques, les intérieurs sont toutefois richement décorés, comme dans la maison de la reine qu’on aperçoit à l’arrière-plan du dessin. A melhor parte do meu trabalho, sem dúvidas, é conhecer pessoas tão interessantes e que amam o que fazem. Fomos presenteados com essa intro da gênia @fernandamontenegrooficial e eu não sei nem o que dizer... Mas é sempre um prazer enorme fazer clipe de música boa e ainda mais com a banda mais good vibe que eu conheço @gilsonsoficial . Esse trio mega sensível e talentoso, dessa vez com a voz linda da @marianavolker que deixou tudo mais feminino ainda, como deveria ser. Dei sorte de esbarrar com esse diretor que em pouco tempo já virou um irmão e tenho certeza que vamos evoluir muito juntos @pf.alvarenga. A @natashajascalevich e a @bruxacosmica foram poesia em movimento desde o primeiro ensaio e a @miti.luizamitidieri deixou tudo tão lindo e harmônico que o meu trabalho ficou muito mais fácil. Mais uma vez a minha família @cosmocine fez esse processo todo ser um aprendizado e uma experiência tão agradável que nem parecia que estávamos trabalhando, obrigado por esses momentos meus irmãos @sucupiraejoao, @andrecvandrade, @arruzzo.dom, @bologuilherme e todos os outros que colaboram no dia a dia com essa produtora nada normal... sem vocês nada seria tão divertido.
