The point of these posts was to show that dieting doesn’t HAVE TO suck. Granted every one has different goals, but that doesn’t change the fact that the food you’re eating doesn’t have to suck. You just need to figure out your goals and apply your macros accordingly, and have your training in check. Whether you want to gain weight or lose weight, it doesn’t have to suck. I BY ALL MEANS am not a dietician, nor would I have any clue about any of this if it weren’t for a few select people’s help and guidance. I’ve used @ifbbprochristuttle multiple times for meal plans (he’s a wizard) and of course my bro @damann77 has shown me the ins and outs of easy prepping. I’m currently NOT on a plan and I STILL choose to eat this way 80% of the time because it has become second nature. Perhaps theyve read it in some random article once, or someone else who did it told them, but they still seem to believe it without any science to back this claim up. 😵 - No, you WONT #gain any weight if you eat at night IF youve kept your calories in check throughout the day. In other words, if you didnt eat more calories than you were supposed to throughout the #day, you wont gain any weight. It doesnt matter if your last meal was at 4pm, 6pm or 11pm, if it was the same meal. 👍 - The only reason why people who eat late do gain weight is because they often eat high calorie #food and snacks like chips, and when they do, they usually go over their calories for the day.
