Let’s talk about decision fatigue and how it can damage overall health. Decision fatigue refers to the idea that the more decisions you have to make, make the decisions you do make harder and lower quality. To overcome this switch up your breakfast and lunch routine. Instead of focusing on making something new everyday, have 2-3 staple meals and items for each meal so there’s less choices. I already do this with breakfast by sticking to either an egg sandwich, or avocado toast. I can add an egg on top of the toast if I need to switch it up or need some extra protein/fat.
