Criminosos que atacaram bancos em Paim Filho em 2018, são condenados pelo Poder Judiciário Brigada Militar atuou na prisão dos criminosos Em decisão proferida no último dia 31 de agosto, o magistrado da Comarca de Sananduva Dr. Rafael Folador, emitiu sentença condenatória aos membros da quadrilha que atacou as agências bancárias na cidade de Paim Filho no dia 28 de setembro de 2018. No teor da sentença, as penas aos seis indivíduos oscilaram de 9 a 19 anos de reclusão conforme a participação de cada um na ação criminosa que impactou a pequena cidade. Relembre o caso Na manhã do dia 28 de setembro de 2018, bandidos fortemente armados atacaram de forma simultânea duas agências bancárias na cidade de Paim Filho. Durante a ação, os criminosos utilizaram clientes para formar um cordão humano em frente as agências impedindo a reação policial. Em seguida, após subtraírem valores dos bancos, armas e coletes balísticos dos vigilantes, iniciaram fuga levando consigo algumas pessoas como reféns. A Brigada Militar iniciou o acompanhamento com toda cautela necessária para resguardar a integridade física das vítimas. Foi montado um cerco na região, sendo capturados pelos policiais militares indivíduos que participaram na execução do plano da quadrilha largando miguelitos (pregos retorcidos) nos acessos a cidade, para dificultar o trabalho policial. Os trabalhos de buscas seguiram de forma ininterrupta, sendo que no dia seguinte na cidade de Maximiliano de Almeida mais três indivíduos presos pela Brigada, com materiais utilizados na ação e uma das armas levada dos vigilantes das agências assaltadas. A Polícia Civil também intensificou as investigações chegando a outros membros da quadrilha, trazendo um farto conjunto probatório no inquérito policial produzido, subsidiando a denúncia oferecida pelo Ministério Público.
